Vizsla Silver – Acquisition Of A New Exploration District, Between Panuco and San Dimas
Today, Vizsla Silver (“Vizsla” or the “Company”) (TSX.V:VZLA – NYSE:VZLA) announced the acquisition of the new silver district/project, La Garra-Metates District (“La Garra-Metates” or the “District”), between the Panuco Project and the San Dimas Mine, in Sinaloa Mexico. See Figure 1, posted below, from the news release to see the location in relation to Panuco and San Dimas.
Mike Konnert, President and CEO of Vizsla Silver joins me to outline the terms of the deal and the characteristics of the District that attracted the Company. I ask Mike about the exploration strategy at La Garra-Metates and how the Company will balance out advancing both Panuco and La Garra-Metates.
I also have Mike recap recent drill results from the Copala resource area, look ahead to the maiden PEA and provide an update on the royalty spinout.
If you have any follow up questions for Mike please email me at Fleck@kereport.com.

Indeed. The exploration team at Vizsla continues to deliver the goods.
My 5th largest holding $wise, seems like a no brainer to me. This baby and SilverCrest have treated kindly since Jan ‘16, and Jan’20

Vizlsa is 70% of my entire portfolio’s worth. No preasure at all….gulp.
I like the deal …going through the terms there is a 1% NSR to the vendor that can be bought back for $750000. There is what looks like a 2% NSR to an unkown entity as a “Finders Fee” just wondering if this party is related to the company or not. I like this deal and prefer Jrs that plan for the future opposed to companies that find something and start spinning out properties… I do like the spin out of the royalty here and keep picking up shares to get more and more of that spin out
Out of nowhere, a fat, new district to explore. For peanuts.
