Quinton Hennigh. Technical Advisor at Lion One Metals (TSX.V:LIO – OTCQX:LOMLF – ASX:LLO) joins me to recap news from this month including a new bonanza grade gold discovery and more high-grade grade control drill results from Zone 5 on the Tuvatu Gold Project. 

We start with the August 24th news release announcing a new discovery, Lumuni, which is located 1km north of the Tuvatu Gold Project. I have Quinton explain what lead the team to surface sample the area and if the mineralization is related to what has been discovered on Tuvatu. I also ask when this area will be drilled to get more information on the potential mineralization. 

We then move to the August 10th and 15th news releases reporting more high-grade grade control drill results from Zone 5. This Zone encompasses the near-surface portions of lodes UR1 to UR8, as well as URW2A and URW3. The Zone 5 area of the deposit is scheduled for mining in early 2024.
