Surge Copper – A Focus At The Berg Project In BC, 2023 Exploration Plans and A PEA In the Near Term
Leif Nilsson, CEO of Surge Copper (TSX.V:SURG – OTCQX:SRGXF) joins me to provide a comprehensive update on the Company’s Berg Project in west central BC. The Company signed an option agreement for the Project 2021 and re-issued a copper equivalent resource. This year the Company has a PEA in the works, to be released in a couple months and a drill program that will follow up on a few discoveries made last year and advance a number of new targets toward drilling. the Company also holds the Oosta Project that is connected to the Berg Project to the south east.
Leif starts off by providing a background on the Berg Project and the re-issued 2021 resource. I also ask Leif about the high-grade component of the deposit. We then move to the exploration program where Leif outlines the targets/areas that will be drilled and other regional targets. See Figure 1 below from the most recent press release to get a better understanding of the targets and how Berg and Oosta are connected.
If you have any follow up questions for Leif please email me at Fleck@kereport.com.

Now that I have regained control, there was a regular on CNBS that said the following: “For the life of me, I can’t understand why the price of Copper is not higher.” (The discussion was about future demand of Copper.). Think anyone off-camera thought it necessary to pull him aside and explain.
