Greg Johnson, CEO and Chairman of Metallic Minerals (TSX.V:MMG – OTCQB:MMNGF) joins us to recap the 2021 exploration programs at the Keno Silver Project in the Yukon, including some recent drill assays just returned from the Central Keno Area at the Caribou target.  We start off by having Greg outline some of the specifics at the 3 main areas the company has segmented  (Western, Central, and Eastern), as well as unpacking the 4 past producing targets of interest at the Central Keno Area.

The headline hole at Caribou intersected 3.05 meters of 1,151 g/t silver equivalent along with some newly identified bulk tonnage intercepts up to 30 meters in width.  We have Greg discuss that in addition to well understood northeast trending narrow high-grade veins, that the exploration team has now added in a new understanding of the secondary structural controls of thrust faults, which proved the wider areas of mineralization seen. 

We wrap up by getting the overall big picture exploration with a similar drill program being planned for 2022 as the 6,000 meter drill program in 2021, that will test other step outs, and following up on the IP geophysics surveys at Caribou, Homestake, and Keno East that show promise at depth, like their neighbors at Alexco have demonstrated at their Bermingham deposit. 

The Company is also exploring and developing at their other two Projects:  La Plata  in Colorado, and the Australia Creek Royalty on Klondike alluvial gold project, with more newsflow expected as the year unfolds.
