In a not so related matter, did you read that Bart Chilton came out and said that he is HOPEFUL that the CFTC MIGHT reveal the silver suppression investigation findings to the public in September or October (presumably in 2012).
This is going on four years and he is hopeful that they can be in a position to announce something in two more months! Two more months is better than never I guess. Instead of getting out in front of a brewing scandal, it seems the regulators are quite comfortable in bringing up the rear. They build skyscrapers in less than 4 years. Heck, some miners do it all (bringing a mining project to production) within 4 years if everything goes swimmingly.
