That was a very quick interview. Rick, was a great listen. Very thought provoking. Could have gone at least 30 minutes. Most analysts I never listened to ( seldom/rarely) however 10 minutes is always adequate and more than enough.

Covid relief is unconstitutional, in that is a budget bill that did not really originate in the house. It is an obama group controlled slush fund.
