Marc Chandler kicks off today by looking past the US Mid-Term elections at policy for the US government and the Fed. He has some interesting comments regarding a couple bipartisan policies that we could see brought more to the forefront. As for the Fed we are not expecting anything to drastic out of this upcoming meeting but they will have to address the drop in the markets.
