The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a Colorado baker who refused to bake a cake for a gay wedding over religious reasons. In a landmark 7-2 ruling (Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor against), the Court found that the decision by Jack Philips of Masterpiece Cakeshop to refuse the same-sex couple’s request is protected under the first amendment.

Yes. I suspect the rapid rise in the cost of higher education has been driven by exploding administrative costs, in the form of make-work positions filled by affirmative action picks, who have poisoned academic freedom and continue to further stack the academic deck to the radical Left.
I am not sure you are correct in your thought ,,,concerning higher administrative cost….the Universities are not hiring PHD at the same rate as years in the past.
Many of the universities are hiring a lot of TAs…..to teach courses, from my experience.
The entire system, is BANKER FRAUD,…..I posted an article yesterday concerning the same.

I’m no expert, so I could be wrong. But when I speak of ‘administrative costs’ I mean non-teaching staff–‘diversity outreach coordinators’, ‘safe space managers’, and HR departments full of members of ‘dis-advantaged groups’ whose biased hiring practices may not be questioned. My sense is that while costs hive soared, investment in the teaching staff has not kept pace.
