Al:
Refreshing to see a hard working CEO who spends at least as much time boots on the ground as in the office, Whether he paid $5, $500, or 5 million for his interest is of no matter; that is what the free market system is all about. Best wishes.
This interview just about sums it up.We are betting on the people running PEM,Del his project, his past ,his vision and his and our futures.I am sticken with Del until his vision unfolds.Del in my view even though I never met him in person is the land version of Mel Fisher.I would suggest investors in PEM read the story of Mel Fisher and his 20 year quest to find the Atocha.Mel after losing a son in a dive only found half of the treasure valued at $500 million in $200 gold(1980s).The stern of the ship has never been found as of yet but contains most of the ships treasure. In todays dollars it will number in the $ billions when found.Del will go down in history as the top explorer in decades if he gets funding to fill his vision.Mel was broke many times and could not pay his crew.Del is in that position today.Thse kind of events can become a ledgend.Investors who bet on Mel became rich.Investors who bet on Del may become rich.

When I bought PEMMF I saved their website data of that date.
Included in that record was the following:
”

I have been surprised since my purchase to find everything but the Idaho effort disappeared from the website.
I have tried twice to make a comment, but neither posted. que pasa?
Last time I checked there were about 145 million shares plus options and warrants.
Both of these comments are up cfs.
Yeh, the share structure now sucks.
A number of things have to happen in my opinion for this to work.
These include: a rich buyout after the discovery of SIGNIFICANT mineralization or a strong jv partner.
Both are very feasible in my opinion.

Everything except Idaho subsequently disappeared…..Any comments?
Great segment.thankyou Al and MarshalL.
The previous comments which did not post were quotes copied and pasted from my saved files from the premium website circa 2009. I don’t know why they disappeared into the ether rather than post.
My losses on the stock are so far about $7k, written off and not expected to be recovered.
The reason I tried to post the quotes was that I thought as Marshall Berol suggests I did my due diligence. Back in 2009 Premium was not a one trick pony……the website mentioned land which included sites in Mexico with resources and land with
pgm pontentiality.
The one thing that Marshall Berol brought up during the conversation about the Venture Exchange (BCSC) is that they created rules that are to be followed by “ALL” mining companies and those that do not follow them and cut corners may face the consequences in the future. The BCSC also works for the investor to make sure there is as close to an even playing field throughout the industry, they do not finger out one company over another. One has to ask whether the BCSC recommended Ronald Simpson QP as a favor to the company after the problems that arouse from the first attempt at a new NI43-101, lets hope the communication between Ronald and the company stay on firm footing for the future. Shareholders are owed that after the past couple years…..
Hi Al,
The accusation has been laid to rest.Amen
Thanks Al, do you have any guesses on what the timelines are for the company?
”These include: a rich buyout after the discovery of SIGNIFICANT mineralization or a strong jv partner” Obviously these are just your guesses, I know.
Nothing to do with Premium, but interesting

PEM made an announcement late today that they have received drill results but did not release any numbers.
Can someone explain why no numbers. It is a bit confusing.
They have to have their GEOs analyze the results. They will most likely tell us, in the next NR, if they can continue with RC of have to go back to core drilling!
I will definitely look into this Tony. Thank you.

Premium has a good technical group of people. Premium´s management is not loaded with a group of promoters. The Friday and other properties in Idaho have merit as exploration targets. (I will not say mine because Premium is a ways off from a completed per-feasability study).
There are many companies listed on the TSX and the pink sheets that have moose pasture properties, are run by promoters, lack technical people in the management. The challenge for Premium is to differentiate itself in a market where most investors are cynical. Right or wrong all companies in this sector are viewed as scams until management can convince the market otherwise.
Del seems to be an honest, steady handed guy, soft-spoken man. He is not by any stretch of the imagination a strong marketer. The company needs an intelligent, credible and charismatic personality to act as the public face of the company. Wilf was one of those people.
Hi Steve,
Here is Del’s answer to a recent question from a listener:
The results contain both blanks which are placed at random and standards which are a know gold content placed at random to check the labs work. Those dummy sample placements are in the control of Yenlai our project manager who is on leave moving in New Mexico. As soon as she can plug in the results along with the dried weight of each sample to determine percentage of sample recovered we will release the results with an explanation of what we found. . These results are critical to the rest of the infill for cost analysis etc.
Del
Al, It seems I accidently deleted part of my past post. My intent was to say that Del could use someone to be the charismatic face of the company to the market. It is nearly impossible to be the person responsible for running the company, raising money and marketing.
On another unrelated point, the fact that Premium is comparing RC versus core drilling is an indication of the competence of management. Whether RC drilling is comparable to core drilling is less important than the fact the Premium is doing its due diligence. The result of the study, either way, is positive news for Premium shareholders. Either Premium continues with coring knowing it is the best and only method for drilling , or Premium is able to do infil drilling cheaper and more quickly using RC drilling.
I understand the need to determine whether RC drillling is the way they should go forward; however why is it taking so long to release the results to the public? First the lab move and then the geo not available after all this time? You only have to look at the SP to know that shareholders are not happy with Del’s current tactics. I just hope there is some good news soon to help stop the bleeding
Al:
I found Del Steiner to be remarkably candid when I set next to him at your dinner at the Spokane Silver Conference in October and in a nice way,I grilled him about Premium.
I came away with the feeling that I had met a man of integrity and a nice guy irrespective of what the future may hold for Premium.
