There are those who are confused by all of this, but it is self-evident on the available public records, that while millions of Americans have been deceived into thinking that the glitzy political party-driven elections are our elections — they are in fact elections involving our Federal Subcontractors and their foreign citizenries.

To expedite their fraud against us, they colluded in their own power-sharing agreements early on. George Washington would act as the “President” of the United States — meaning the Municipal United States Government — while functioning as a British Territorial Naval Officer, a “President” of a different kind.

Thus, one man would control both the foreign military mercenaries hired under The Constitution of the United States of America (British Territorial Subcontractor) and the Federal Civil Service being run by the HRE Subcontractor acting under The Constitution of the United States.

That is, more or less, what they had been doing for five hundred years prior to George Washington, because the Brits have been operating as Overseers for the Pope and collecting his debts and acting as his Muscle under contract since the days of King John. For them, it was all status quo, business as usual, and all under one roof.

While we know George Washington as the leader of the victorious Continental Army, most Americans remain unaware that he subsequently switched hats to act as a British Territorial / Municipal HRE “Federal Dual Citizen” controlling the British Territorial Subcontractor as an Officer, and controlling the HRE Subcontractor as an elected Official.

It has continued on in this way ever since. This is the origin of the foreign office of “Commander in Chief” — notice that Commander is a Naval Office — and “President” is the CEO of a company, whether that company is foreign or domestic.

This collusive power-sharing was further formalized in 1937 with The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States.

None of it has anything to do with us, the actual American Government.

Now, how is it that we own these corporations, when we didn’t charter them or incorporate them? We own them because we are their Preferential and Priority Creditors by many country miles and many decades, too. We have paid all their debts and claimed all their debts, so there can be no doubt that we own them and are owed control of them and all assets that they have rat-holed away in trusts and foundations and slush funds and encumbered funds and so on.

This has nothing to do with any “class struggle” nor any contest between the rich and the poor, though some deluded people might try to explain away what they are seeing in terms of Marx’s Red Herring — an earlier attempt to intellectualize the evidence of the corporate crimes committed in the late 1800’s and first couple decades of the 1900’s, without actually addressing the issue in terms of corporations.

This is no more a matter of class struggle or trade unionism than a melee of crime victims blaming each other for their losses is the cause of the crime or the loss.

Nor is this a matter of “legal identity”— we note that the Perpetrators and the Clueless Victims are all scrambling trying to incorporate new Legal Fiction Persons they can operate “as” our Republic and trying to get other Persons to incorporate other False Representations of our Federal Republic as, for example, the Republic of Texas, Inc., or the Texas Republic, Inc., and so on.

These are neither States nor Nations nor are they Republics nor any part of our American Federal Republic, which was granted The Constitution for the united States of America in 1787.

There is a country officially called The United States.

In international jurisdiction, this country operates as The United States of America, acting through its own unincorporated Federation of States, and exercising their Mutual Powers as States of the Union. This instrumentality, The United States of America, is a Lawful Person and Assign and it has always been Unincorporated, as it must be, to serve in this capacity.

The United States also operates in global commercial jurisdictions as the States of America, another instrumentality.

None of these entities are incorporated.

They cannot be incorporated and retain their sovereign status in any jurisdiction of Law.

In 1787, we did charter an American Federal Subcontractor under The Constitution for the united States of America. This entity became known as “the Federal Republic” or “Republic United States”, which was assigned the task of exercising the bulk of our delegated powers in international jurisdictions.

The citizenry of our Federal Republic was defined as “United States Citizens” as described under the First Naturalization and Immigration Act.

None of those persons now claiming that they have “restored the Federal Republic” are acting as State Citizens.

These Persons, James Geiger and Tim Turner and various others, are acting as British Territorial U.S. Citizens and/or unaffiliated American State Nationals, and they certainly haven’t met the requirements to be considered United States Citizens in any case.

Our States would have to change our Public Law to allow them to immigrate into our Federal Republic, and anything else is just another British ruse.

The excuses we have heard in favor of allowing this substitution scheme to take place include a presumption that we are too fragile to hear the truth when we have carried the burden of the truth for sixteen decades; the idea that Americans will go insane and kill vast numbers of people if they are told the truth about their British employees — when history has shown that the reckless killing is all on the part of the British, not the Americans; the idea that a “Noble Lie” would save everyone so much inconvenience, all the Federal Services could just continue on without a ripple, etc.,

No doubt these same arguments have been used repeatedly in the past to justify the ongoing deceit and dishonesty that has infested every corner of — not only our government — but the British Government and many, many more.

It seems that in the minds of some people, one good lie deserves another, and the lies themselves breed and proliferate until what is good is bad and what is bad is good, and what is profane is mistaken for what is sacred and what is sacred is considered profane.

We do not yield our right to be fully informed and to make our own decisions on the basis of reliable information.

Clearly, it’s down to us, ourselves, mowing our own lawns and trimming our own hedges, and one Federal Subcontractor, the British Territorials, who have been the most dishonorable and feckless of them all, still squirming and spinning narratives.

We are owed “good faith service” and as numerous statements and restatements of the obvious have provided, even among their own franchises, that includes being told the truth:

This was on the occasion of settling yet another “public bankruptcy” of a foreign subcontractor that had fraudulently seized upon American assets to serve as their collateral, and also named the American victims as their Underwriters.

The people of California were, self-evidently, never informed, much less “fully informed” by anyone, despite this fine sounding bit of corporate code retaining their right to be informed by their employees and to make their own decisions.

Similar code and references are found throughout the States, so this is not an aberration in the administration of the bankruptcy courts and not anything peculiar to California.

The verbal contract and statement of intent is always good, and the actual performance is always bad. We see this same pattern throughout the Federal Code, which maintains a proper intent toward the employers on paper, and then, consistently fails to follow through in fact.

Federal Title 12 and the Emergency Banking and Securities Acts are all fine examples of this; while retaining our “reversionary trust interest” in trusts we never authorized and were not made aware of, no actual process was ever stipulated or even outlined for people to exercise this admitted interest, and even the identity of the responsible Department was obscured, so that years of research were required to determine that the U.S. Secretary of State was the Executive Officer under the British Naval Dispositions Act.

Why should an American suspect in their wildest dreams that their Given Name has been copyrighted by the British Crown Corporation and used to rubber stamp all manner of cozy accommodations benefiting these thieves? And after that, a concocted British Territorial Seaman’s Estate — intestate, of course — has been salvaged and set up as a Public Trust benefiting a non-existent King of a non-existent country? All vigilantly guarded by a King’s Court, operated under a Scottish version of Roman Civil Law by Undeclared Foreign Agents (Bar Attorneys) and Hired Jurists?

Of course, no American was ever informed about any of this, much less “fully informed” by any of their Federal Employees, who have instead treasonously and in bad faith promoted their own unjust enrichment via defrauding their employers.

This is the Con Game promoted by the infamous “Colonel” House, who convinced the weak-minded Woodrow Wilson that it was the only way to finance the “government” — that is, the foreign services corporations, in the face of the bankruptcy of the Scottish Commercial Corporation duplicitously doing business as “The United States of America” (Incorporated, 1868, in Scotland).

It was this crooked bankruptcy and the fallout from it that triggered the events leading to the First World War, in which America’s sons and daughters were unwittingly hired as mercenaries to fight for the criminals that defrauded them.

Sadly, these clueless Americans defeated the German Government and stood by and allowed the defeat of the Russian Government that befriended them and tried to protect their interests against the British Crown thieves.

It’s time for America and for the entire world to recognize the British Crown Corporation and the British Government(s) in sum total, for the reckless, selfish, criminal, predatory, piratical, and profoundly dishonest institutions that they are.

It’s also time to recognize the well-hidden relationship between these failed institutions and the Roman Catholic Church— as they have acted as Overseers, Enforcers, and Bill Collectors for the Popes since the days of King John; also, it’s time to recognize the relationship between the Roman Catholic Church and the Roman Empire that continues its pagan ways and predatory habits protected under the Roman Catholic Church’s skirts, including the practice of slavery and peonage on a worldwide basis.

They have even attempted to defraud and denature the members of the “Native American Tribes” and claimed that these Americans voluntarily pay tribute (Note: tribes are conquered people who pay tribute to Rome) to the veiled Roman Empire when they become members of the Roman Catholic Church.

I’ve driven along the Pacific Coast highway through Malibu and Palisades several times.

There are approximately 38,000 reported deaths from COVID 19 injections in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) system. Based on studies, the under reporting in VAERS can be anywhere from 1 of 30, to 1 of 100 cases reported. This could put the number of Americans murdered via COVID 19 injections at 3.8 million.

In World War I there were approximately 116,516 American military deaths. In World War II there were approximately 405,399 American military deaths. In the Vietnam War there were approximately 58,220 American military deaths. In total, the combined American military deaths from all three wars were 580,135. So even the low end death projections from the COVID 19 injections exceeded the total American military deaths from all three wars.

Venezuela: Liberated Rockefeller Fiefdom

Back in January 2011 the Venezuelan oligarchy and their CIA/Big Oil backers held a rally in Caracas dubbed Operation Venezuela. The event, which was countered by supporters of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, marked the anniversary of the deposing of Marcos Pérez Jiménez in Venezuela in 1958. But as with all CIA-sponsored Orange/Velvet/Cedar “revolutions” during that time, the contradictions lie within the history books. Jimenez, you see, was a right-wing dictator, the polar opposite of Chavez and his successor Nicholas Maduro.

In 1914 Royal Dutch/Shell subsidiary Caribbean Petroleum discovered the vast Mena Grande oilfield in Venezuela. Foreign oil companies began flocking to the area. When oil was discovered at Lake Maracaibo in 1922, Venezuelan dictator Juan Vicente Gómez allowed Americans to write Venezuela’s petroleum law.

On November 27, 1948 Venezuela’s first democratically-elected President Romulo Gallegos was overthrown on a coup led by Jimenez cronies. Democracy was not restored until 1958 when Jimenez was overthrown. President Romulo Ernesto Betancourt Bello won the election held later that year. The populist Betancourt had been President from 1945-1948. He had transferred power to the novelist Gallegos shortly before the right-wing coup.

Jimenez privatized Venezuela’s economy while littering Caracas with the skyscrapers of multinational corporations and banks. He was tight with both Venezuela’s richest man Gustavo Cisneros and Creole Petroleum. Cisneros is a Rockefeller lieutenant who sits on the board at Bank of Nova Scotia- one of the Big 5 Canadian banks. It owned the 200 tons of gold recovered from beneath the World Trade Center post-911.

Creole Petroleum is an ExxonMobil subsidiary and was founded by the CIA. Creole and the CIA share office space in Caracas. The Rockefeller family-controlled Exxon Mobil is the CIA in Venezuela. Bechtel built the Mena Grande pipeline to service Creole’s Lake Maracaibo oil interests.

Shortly after the 1958 election, Vice-President Richard Nixon visited Venezuela in an attempt to keep Betancourt in the Big Oil/IMF fold. Nixon was instead greeted by millions of angry protesters. Betancourt, who had already forced a 50-50 profit-sharing scheme from Big Oil in his first term, took another left turn. He began funding Castro’s revolutionaries in Cuba and attempted to fully nationalize Venezuela’s oil.

President Dwight Eisenhower responded by introducing quotas on Venezuelan oil, while giving preferential treatment to Mexican and Canadian crude. Betancourt countered in September 1960 when Venezuela joined Iran, Iraq Saudi Arabia and Kuwait at a meeting in Baghdad to launch OPEC as a producer cartel to counter the global economic clout of the Four Horsemen and their various tentacles.

Betancourt embarked on an ambitious land reform program and talked of supporting left-wing FARC rebels in neighboring Columbia. In later 1960 he survived an assassination attempt by agents of Rafael Trujillo, the CIA-installed dictator of the Dominican Republic. It is likely that the Agency itself was involved.

For the next four decades Venezuela underwent an oil industry re-privatization and expansion, becoming the primary source of Four Horsemen oil bound for the US. When oil prices crashed in the early 1990’s Venezuela- once the most modern nation in Latin America- suffered an economic collapse. Its once-thriving middle class was largely thrown back into poverty. It was a wake-up call.

In 1998 Fifth Republic Movement candidate Hugo Chavez was elected President with support from Venezuelan workers and peasants. He railed against US hegemony in his country, announced he would sell oil to friend Fidel Castro in Cuba on favorable terms and established diplomatic ties with Iraq. He announced a land reform program and installed Marxist economists at PDVSA- Venezuela’s national oil company. Chavez talked of diverting Venezuelan oil wealth from Western banks towards a grand development scheme for all of Latin America. OPEC’s articulate Secretary General until 2002 was Venezuelan Oil Minister Ali Rodriguez.

In early 2002 Venezuela’s ruling elite, led by Rockefeller crony Gustavo Cisneros and his Bank of Nova Scotia crowd, attempted to overthrow Chavez. There were reports of US Naval and Air Force involvement. In April Chavez stepped down. Within days, following angry protests from the Venezuelan working class, he was back in power. The pro-US general who led the attempted coup was charged with treason. El jefe fled to Columbia where he was welcomed by the US-backed narco-terrorist Uribe government. In October the Venezuelan oligarchy took another run at Chavez. Again their putsch failed. On December 5, 2002 Chavez stated that the Venezuelan unrest was part of a plot, “to seize the country’s oil industry”.

On January 16, 2003 Chavez left Venezuela amidst a strike led by oligarch oil executives. He appealed for help at the UN, where he handed over leadership of the radical G-77 group of developing nations to Morocco. In late February, after withstanding the strike, Chavez, knowing full well the true power behind the strikers, told the US government to “back off”.

On April 17, 2003 Venezuelan Army Director General Melvin Lopez proclaimed in USA Today that the US government had been directly involved in the attempted February putsch and that he had proof that three US Black Hawk helicopters had been sighted in Venezuelan airspace during that time.

On Christmas Eve 2005 Chavez delivered a speech to his nation in which he said, “…minorities, descendants of those who killed Jesus Christ, control the riches of the world”. He also proclaimed that 911 was an inside job.

In June 2007 Chavez ordered Big Oil to accept the role of junior partner to state-owned PDVSA or leave Venezuela. ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips both left. He befriended Iran and a wave of Chavez-allied left-wing Presidents came to power in Latin America. The most radical were Evo Morales in Bolivia, Raphael Correa in Ecuador, and Sandinista Daniel Ortega in Nicaragua. Together they used Venezuela’s oil wealth to launch the much anticipated Banco del Sur as a counter to IMF hegemony over their continent.

As Chavez’ attitude towards the international bankers became more defiant, the Four Horsemen began to buy oil from more easily corruptible nations like Mexico and Columbia. By 1990 Exxon was getting 16% of its oil from Columbia, while Chevron procured 26% of its US-bound crude oil from Mexico.

A May 2010 report documenting foreign assistance to political groups in Venezuela, commissioned by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), revealed that more than $40 million annually is channeled to anti-Chavez groups from US agencies. NED founder Allen Weinstein bragged to the Washington Post, “What we do today was done clandestinely twenty-five years ago by the CIA.”

In January 2011 the Obama administration revoked the visa of Venezuela’s ambassador to Washington after Chávez rejected the nomination of Larry Palmer as US ambassador in Caracas. Palmer had been openly critical of Chavez and has a spooky resume.

He worked with Betancourt’s would-be assassin Rafael Trujillo in the Dominican Republic and cavorted with US-backed dictators in Uruguay, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, South Korea and Honduras. Palmer was to replace Patrick Duddy who was involved in the attempted coup against Chávez in 2002.

A key plank in Chavez’ “Socialism for the 21st Century” program was to reform the financial sector, long dominated by the international banker cartel. Venezuela’s National Assembly has passed legislation that defines banking as a public service. The law requires banks in Venezuela to contribute more to social programs, housing construction efforts, and other social needs. It protects depositors by requiring the Superintendent of Banking Institutions to work in the interest of bank customers rather than stockholders.

In an attempt to control speculation, the law limits to 20% the maximum amount of capital a bank can have out as credit. The law also limits the formation of financial groups and prohibits banks from having an interest in brokerage firms and insurance companies. The Depression-era Glass-Steagall Act had done the same thing in the US until President Bill Clinton repealed it in 1995.
The Venezuelan law also stipulates that 5% of bank profits go to projects approved by communal councils, while 10% of bank capital must be put into a fund to pay for wages and pensions in case of bankruptcy.

According to the Wall Street Journal, “Chávez threatened to expropriate large banks if they didn’t increase loans to small-business owners and prospective home buyers, once stating, “Any bank that slips up…I’m going to expropriate it…” No wonder the CIA killed poisoned him.

The reason why I (DR.KORY) say the doctors and nurses were the “most propagandized” (while also being the most susceptible – but that is a topic for another time) is that they were targeted from way more sources than the average citizen. Meaning, beyond mass media, they were targeted with false information from respected medical journals, hospital leadership, professional societies, local and federal public health communications, and especially the well funded 3rd party PR campaigns in media and social media (the latter tactic has been best detailed and documented by my colleague AMD in this post).

Meanwhile, although the average American was drowning in corporate media propaganda, the majority eventually figured out (most of ) the lies. As a result, and this is to me is a silver lining, the trust of Americans in our mass media (especially amongst our youngest ones), has plummeted similarly (precipitously amongst Republicans, shockingly stable amongst Democrats), but overall boding well for a healthier society in the future in terms of being resistant to propaganda. Further, note the first poll to the left showing that for the first time in history, the proportion of Americans with “no trust at all” in media now exceeds the proportion of Americans with “any amount of trust.”

On his last day in office Fake President Joe Biden pardoned Anthony Fauci and the Jan 6. panel. The focus here will be on Fauci and the issue of preemptive pardons in general. The catch is that Fauci has not been convicted or indicted of any crimes. This was a preemptive pardon. In other words this was a clear attempt by the executive branch of government to usurp judicial power and intercede to preempt judicial action. This is a clear violation of the Separations of Powers inherent in the U.S. Constitution. Preemptive pardons clearly interfere with the checks and balances inherent in the U.S. Constitution.

The purpose of a pardon is to correct a miscarriage of justice, not to prevent future judicial action. On its surface a preemptive pardon is obviously absurd when there has been no conviction or even an indictment.

Biden could be pardoning Fauci for cannibalizing neighborhood kids. Of course, participating in the COVID pandemic and terrorizing the nation and facilitating genocide are arguably even worse.

Think about this logically for a moment. Only if the President were a party to the crime could he possibly know what he is pardoning with regards to preemptive pardons. A president can’t pardon himself.

That is a clear conflict of interest. Ford would never have pardoned Nixon in 1974 if Nixon could pardon himself. President Gerald Ford in 1974 issued a preemptive pardon of former President Richard Nixon for any crimes he “committed or may have committed” during his presidency. At the time there were no legal proceedings or official charges against Nixon. Bill Clinton also issued preemptive pardons too.

In the case of a preemptive pardon where no charges are even made, the President is either pardoning crimes he does not know about, or he is a party to them. In either case it falls short of Constitutional scrutiny. The President is either protect himself or usurping judicial power.

Prosecuting public officials and political enemies should not be taken lightly. In the Roman Republic prosecuting politicians as soon as they left office or finished their term became common and helped facilitate the end of the Roman Republic. Julius Caesar had little choice but to cross the Rubicon and take control of Rome. The tyrannical oligarchy known as the Roman Senate and his political enemies were set to prosecute him for bogus crimes after he conquered Gaul.

Fauci is no Casaer, and Fauci’s potential crimes are real, not fabricated.

Article II, Section 2, Clause 1:

“The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

Alexander Hamilton, not my favorite founding father, as he argued against the necessity of the Bill of Rights, writes about the Presidential power to pardon in the Federalist Papers.

In Federalist No. 69, Hamilton makes a clear distinction between the powers of the President and those of the British monarch. One critical difference is that the President can grant pardons “EXCEPT IN CASES OF IMPEACHMENT.” This limitation is intended as a check on executive power. Preemptive pardons, where a pardon is issued before any legal proceedings or conviction, bypass this check by preempting the judicial process, thus undermining the constitutional balance of powers.

In Federalist No. 74, Hamilton justifies the pardon power as a means to temper justice with mercy, particularly in cases where the law might be too harsh or where the public good might be served by leniency. However, he stresses that this power is not to be “fettered or embarrassed,” implying that it should be used judiciously and with consideration of the public good. Preemptive pardons, especially if used to shield individuals from investigation or prosecution before any wrongdoing is established, is an abuse of this power, not in line with the humanitarian and policy-driven rationale Hamilton describes.

Hamilton writes:

“Let it be remembered, finally, that it is not with a view to infractions of the laws of the State, that this power is given. It is meant for those whose guilt is against the general government, and whose punishment, if unmitigated, might be attended with consequences injurious to the public peace. The benign influence of good laws is often obstructed by the severity of their application. In the exercise of this power, the President can consult the sense of humanity, the true interests of the community, and the voice of justice, tempered by mercy.”

The above seems almost at complete odds with a preemptive pardon for Fauci. Instead of a sense of justice and the true interest of the community, we are left with the stink of corruption.

Hamilton in Federalist No. 77 elaborates on the President’s appointing power, emphasizing the necessity of Senate advice and consent for many key appointments, which serves as a check on executive overreach. Although this paper doesn’t speak directly to pardons, the principle of checks and balances is clear. Preemptive pardons clearly interfere with the integrity of legal proceedings by potentially covering up or preventing the investigation of crimes, thus bypassing the checks that should occur through the judicial system.

In Federalist No. 84, Hamilton addresses concerns about executive power, noting that while the President can grant pardons, this power is limited by not extending to cases of impeachment. This limitation is meant to prevent the President from using pardons to protect themselves or allies from accountability. Preemptive pardons are an expansion of this power beyond its intended scope, opening the door to abuse where the President can shield individuals from legal scrutiny prematurely, thus corrupting the legal process and public trust.

The overarching theme in these papers is the establishment of a government that balances power to ensure justice, protect rights, and maintain public order. Preemptive pardons directly undermine public trust showing that justice can be manipulated or that there are individuals above the law. This contradicts the spirit of the Constitution, which aims to ensure that no one is above the law, as implied by the discussions on executive powers.

The Federalist Papers advocate for a system where executive power, including the power to pardon, is exercised within a framework of checks and balances to prevent abuse and ensure justice. Preemptive pardons, by their nature, circumvent this system. This feeds into a further corruption of legal processes, undermining the checks designed to maintain accountability, and eroding public trust in governmental institutions. Preemptive pardons are a direct attack on the checks and balances in our government.

It is clear that Biden’s pardoning of Fauci is not in the interest of serving justice, humanitarian goals, or correcting a miscarriage of justice. Biden’s preemptive pardon of Fauci is to usurp judicial power and protect a coconspirator. It can not stand. This is just another straw on the camel’s back of our once Constitutional Republic, which has sadly morphed into a banana republic.

Having said that, nothing prevents any state attorney general, state attorney, or even county prosecutor, from indicting Fauci, or others, as their potential crimes were committed in all 50 states.

Increasingly since the end of WWII, and certainly since the 1990s, we have seen the emergence of an Imperial Presidency that does the bidding of the Shadow Government. The only way to reign in either, is to restore the U.S. Constitution as the rule of law.

Trump’s new Attorney General, Pam Bondi, should ignore these preemptive pardons, seek justice for the Jan. 6th political prisoners, and the American people. Let’s see if the U.S. Supreme Court cedes this much judicial power to the Executive Branch.
