Thanks Jerry, we will have a new Prime Minister sometime this year, the head of The Conservative Party in Canada is leading in the polls by a very wide margin, he is very mining friendly and has visited the core shack at The Queensway Project. DT

This is an estimate of the open pit resource that New Found Gold Corp. has at The Queensway project which includes Queensway North and Queensway South. It was found on StockHouse and prepared by a poster called nozzpack. The resource at QWN is massive, this is just another person’s estimate. An interesting read on this project. As always Do Your Own Due Diligence. DT

77 Million Ounces ..Top QWN Prospects
The intensively drilled portion of QWN which includes most of the top prospects, is documented as covering a drilled mineralized strike of 4100 m and 200 meters wide.
I assume a mineralized depth of just 150 meters which is eminently produced by open pit mining.
Specific Gravity is 2.84 tons per cu meter.
So, drilled tonnage within that area is 4100 X 200 X 150 X 2.84 = 350 million tons.
Based on Keats Trench Data, only 11 % of the superficial area of KT was mineralized at an average grade of 2 ounces per ton (62grams).
The rest (89%) was waste ore.
By extrapolation, the average grade of the 350 million tons contained within QWN, including massive amounts of waste uneconomic ore is
62 grams /ton X 0.11 = 6.8 grams per ton.
Therefore, contained economic ore of these prospects of QWN to a depth of 150 meters is 350 m tons X 6.8 grams per ton divided by 31 = 77 million
ounces.
Divide by 4 to be very conservative and we have about 19 million ounces of open pittable ore to a depth of 150 m in just a portion of QWN
Recoverable value at 95 % recovery is 18 million ounces valued at $67 Billion in CAD @ $3700 CAD per ounce.
Divide by 2 to be ultra ultra conservative (reduction of estimated ounces by factor of 8), and we have about $33 Billion CAD in recoverable gold.
Just to 150 meters of depth.
