While I largely agree with the conclusions of the interviewee, I do wish to warn about statistics and accounting tricks. e.g. when a company has to write off a damaged asset, this appears as a loss, but it is a capital loss; not to be confused with an operating loss.

I don’t understand how the use of cryptos will be sustainable………..as coal generation is discontinues, gas supplies are topping out and nuclear power plants are barely in planning.
We in the U.S. are about to have an electricity shortage, but the digital world predicts major expansion……..just totally unrealistic.
Heck, we will probably have rolling blackouts in the next month as we can’t even meet electricity demand for heating in the cold weather.

My economics courses always told me decreasing interest rates are a sign of decreasing economic health.
BUT OVERRIDING THIS, in my mind, WOULD BE INTEREST RATES INCREASE AS CURRENCIES COLLAPSE. Examples of this would be Argentina, or a couple of decades ago, Zimbabwe.
