            IRISH………

I was hearing last night,….. there might be a difference on the “case”…..
Rather than the case being targeted at the CONGRESS ,… it was being targeted at Three
            SCOTUS justices.
I do not know exactly,… so, I will keep ears open, and let you know ,if I hear anything….

            Nov 23, 2024 23:17 AM

            Good morning.
I have heard nothing regarding Brunson. I must say, I’m a bit disappointed about it. However, I do know it’s a timing thing.
There are several things that make this case the biggest of all time. I’ll speak of two points as I understand them.
            1. The fifth pillar of the first amendment is redress of grievances or right to petition the government.
We the People have not been able to execute that right due to the corporation and BAR law or admiralty law.
This decision will bring back the right to petition the government at all levels, county, city and state.
We the People can take our county back legally removing corrupt public officials. (HUGE)

            2. The judges that sided against Brunson (4 of them I would imagine) have just gone against the constitution and can, and probably will be removed.
This sends shockwaves across every court in the land and the judges will be put on notice.
It removes the BAR and goes back to common law.

And the case will remove Biden, Harris and 380 members of Congress,, effective immediately!
And that puts every elected official on notice.
Adhere to the constitution or hit the road.

            Nov 23, 2024 23:31 PM

Yes…………… that is WHY THE CASE IS HUGE……

            WE HAVE A CORRUPT GOVT…. since 1871….
Since this effects the rulers ( elite banking cabal families from the hang over of the CROWN)….
. it will be up to WE THE PEOPLE…. to return to a REPUBLIC… not MOB RULE DEMOCRACY….

there were no surprises in the Brunson case. The Supreme Court denied the petition for rehearing. There are those who said the case had the potential to overturn the 2020 Presidential election and reinstate Trump. They were wrong. It had no potential.
SCOTUS may be majority conservative, but they are not going to stick their necks out if they don’t have to.

SCOTUS denied the Raland Brunson case, which was the first one and needed different verbiage.
The Loy Brunson case is still there under title 11 status. It can be brought forward any time they want.
Remember, the court ( a clerk or judge ) gave the case title 11 emergency status.
            The case is still there.

    CFS,
    Just saw this.
Chartster…..Please explain the motion of a long pendulum (Foucault’s pendulum) if the earth is not a spinning ball.

Perhaps you should explain the long pendulum being plumb. If the earth was moving every crane and long pendulum would be off plumb.

Get a hand held pendulum and ride in a car. The pendulum move opposite from the cars moving direction. So, IF the earth was moving ‘as the say’ then large cranes and long pendulums would show it. However, they don’t!
Thanks for pointing out the obvious.

Your pure ignorance, Chartster, borders on artistic lying.
Your “plumb motion” is a result of car acceleration and manifestation of simple Newton’s F=ma caused motion.
I.e. The acceleration of the car caused the motion..
Constant speed motion, e.g. in a plane, would not move the pendulum.
The point of the Foucault pendulum is that the plane which contains the motion of the pendulum does NOT STAY CONSTANT, but gradually rotates due to the coriolas effect of a rotating spherical earth.

US adjusting nuclear deterrence strategy – Pentagon
Washington is developing a new version of the B61 gravity bomb and increasing the readiness of its nuclear submarines
The US will adjust its nuclear deterrence strategy to meet potential threats from Russia and China, according to a Pentagon report.
The Department of Defense said that “multiple nuclear peer adversaries challenge the US and its allies’ and partners’ security,” adding that those countries are growing and modernizing their nuclear arsenals.
In light of this, Richard Johnson, deputy assistant secretary of defense, singled out Russia and China, and noted that the US may need to adjust its 2022 Nuclear Posture Review to maintain nuclear deterrence. He noted, however, that current nuclear modernization effort may not be enough.
According to Johnson, to address those concerns, the Pentagon “has already taken steps to field capabilities to enhance nuclear deterrence and flexibility.” The key elements include the development of the B61-13 gravity bomb, and increased readiness of nuclear-armed and powered Ohio-class submarines.

The Pentagon announced the development of a new variant of the B61 bomb last October, saying that it would replace some of the older versions and provide the US with “additional options against certain harder and large-area military targets.” Meanwhile, Washington stressed that fielding the B61-13 “is not in response to any specific current event” and would not increase the overall nuclear stockpile.
The Ohio-class submarines are the key element of the US nuclear triad and are specifically designed for nuclear deterrence. They can be armed with Trident missiles with a range of up to 12,000 km.

In an unscheduled TV address, the Russian leader, Putin, said the Oreshnik missile could not be intercepted and promised to carry out more tests, including in “combat conditions”
current best information is that Russia only has 20-25 Oreshnik missiles in stock and is currently making them at a slow rate of only 10 per year.
The convention non-nuclear warhead has novel technology that makes it more devastating than any bomb the U.S. has, but the missile can also be tipped by a nuclear warhead.

There won’t be nuclear war. There might be strategic missile strikes to make a clear point.

If you look at the shipping lanes in the North Sea, Black Sea and Baltic Sea, there is no threat of war.
All the ships are still going their thing. If there was a war about to happen, they all would have bugged out and gone to safe harbor.

The COVID Cover-Up: 19 Questions We Must Answer
            Tyler Durden’s Photo
            by Tyler Durden
            Tuesday, Nov 26, 2024 – 05:00 PM
Authored by Justin Hart via ‘Rational ground’ substack,

So here’s the deal – remember when “experts” kept telling us what to do during COVID?

Turns out they got pretty much everything wrong. Like, spectacularly wrong.

We’re talking 19 major things they completely screwed up, from how the virus spreads to whether masks actually work (spoiler alert: those cloth masks were basically fashion accessories).

Dr. Fauci is the patron saint of TERRIBLE COVID policies.

He was wrong on SO MANY POINTS. It’s time to set the record straight…

            Did he get anything right?

            Origin of the disease—wrong

            Transmission—wrong

            Asymptomatic spread—wrong

            PCR testing—wrong

            Fatality rate—wrong

            Lockdowns—wrong

            Community triggers—wrong

            Business closures—wrong

            School closures—wrong

            Quarantining the healthy—wrong

            Impact on youth—wrong

            Hospital overload—wrong

            Plexiglass barriers—wrong

            Social distancing—wrong

            Outdoor spread—wrong

            Masks—wrong

            Variant impact—wrong

            Natural immunity—wrong

            Vaccine efficacy—wrong

            Vaccine injury—wrong

Last year the Norfolk Group just dropped a bomb of a document laying out all these failures. And it’s not just Monday morning quarterbacking – they’ve got the receipts. Real studies showing how natural immunity was actually legit (while Fauci pretended it didn’t exist), data proving schools could’ve stayed open (looking at you, Sweden), and evidence that maybe, just maybe, locking healthy people in their homes wasn’t the brilliant strategy they claimed.

Listen, I’m not here to say “I told you so” (okay, maybe a little), but we need to talk about this. Because if we don’t learn from how badly our “experts” messed up, we’re just asking for a repeat performance next time around. And honestly? I don’t think any of us can handle another round of plexiglass theater and double masking.

Let’s break down exactly how they got it wrong, and more importantly, why they kept doubling down even when the evidence said otherwise. Buckle up – this is gonna be a wild ride through the greatest public health face-plant in modern history.

These are the questions WE want answered!

            TRANSMISSION

Why did officials insist on surface transmission protocols when evidence showed primarily respiratory spread?

Why weren’t hospitals evaluating transmission patterns early to inform policy?

Why did the CDC not conduct studies on actual transmission patterns in schools and workplaces?

Why was outdoor transmission overemphasized despite minimal evidence?

Why weren’t transmission studies prioritized to guide evidence-based policies?

            ASYMPTOMATIC SPREAD

What evidence supported the claim that asymptomatic spread was a major driver?

Why did health officials emphasize asymptomatic spread without solid data?

Why were resources wasted testing asymptomatic people when they could have focused on symptomatic cases?

How did the emphasis on asymptomatic spread affect public trust when evidence didn’t support it?

What data actually existed on true asymptomatic (vs presymptomatic) transmission rates?

            PCR TESTING

Why did the CDC insist on developing its own test rather than using WHO’s?

Why weren’t cycle threshold values standardized or reported?

Why did labs use cycle thresholds up to 40 when this led to false positives?

Why wasn’t PCR testing prioritized for high-risk populations early on?

How did high cycle thresholds affect case counts and policy decisions?

            FATALITY RATE

Why were infection fatality rates not properly stratified by age from the beginning?

Why were deaths “with COVID” vs “from COVID” not distinguished?

How did inflated fatality rates affect public perception and policy?

Why weren’t accurate age-stratified fatality rates clearly communicated?

How did misrepresenting fatality rates affect public trust?

            LOCKDOWNS

Why were lockdowns implemented without cost-benefit analysis?

Why were lockdown harms (mental health, delayed medical care, etc.) ignored?

What evidence supported the effectiveness of lockdowns?

Why weren’t less restrictive focused protection measures tried first?

How many excess deaths were caused by lockdown policies?

Why weren’t regional/seasonal factors considered in lockdown decisions?

            COMMUNITY TRIGGERS

Why were arbitrary case numbers used to trigger restrictions?

Why weren’t hospital capacity metrics prioritized over case counts?

How were community trigger thresholds determined?

Why weren’t triggers adjusted based on actual risk levels?

Why weren’t clear exit criteria established for restrictions?

            BUSINESS CLOSURES

What evidence supported closing small businesses while keeping large retailers open?

Why weren’t occupancy limits tried before full closures?

How many businesses were unnecessarily destroyed?

Why weren’t economic impacts weighed against minimal health benefits?

What data supported effectiveness of business closures?

            SCHOOL CLOSURES

Why were schools closed despite early evidence of low risk to children?

Why did the US ignore data from European schools that stayed open?

Why weren’t the developmental/educational harms to children considered?

How did school closures affect mental health and suicide rates in youth?

Why weren’t teachers unions’ influence on closure decisions examined?

What evidence supported claims that schools were major transmission vectors?

            QUARANTINING THE HEALTHY

Why was mass quarantine implemented without precedent or evidence?

Why weren’t focused protection measures tried instead?

What was the cost-benefit analysis of quarantining low-risk groups?

How did mass quarantine affect mental health?

Why weren’t vulnerable populations prioritized instead?

            IMPACT ON YOUTH

Why weren’t developmental impacts on children considered?

How did isolation affect mental health and suicide rates?

What were the educational losses from remote learning?

Why weren’t sports/activities preserved for youth wellbeing?

How did masks/distancing affect social development?

What were the impacts on college students’ mental health and development?

            HOSPITAL OVERLOAD

Why weren’t early treatment protocols developed to prevent hospitalizations?

Jerry, I have said Trump was wrong about the COVID vaccine.
            /
However, I don’t think he was wrong about ordering a speed up of creation of a vaccine.
A vaccine was needed, and could be needed for future diseases.
However, A SERIOUS ERROR IS MADE IN NOT TESTING PROPERLY.
New pharma MUST always be tested properly.

Further, it is immoral AND UNLAWFUL to mandate any un-tested vaccine.
IT WAS THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION THAT MANDATED VACCINATION.
            Not Trump !

If anyone deserves to be in jail it is Fauci.

Who went along with the JAB… and PROMOTED THE JAB….

We all know about what harm the JAB has incurred…. so, why the SELECTION of those who
            promoted a HARMFUL PRODUCT….. ?

FAUCI…………. should be TRIED for CRIMES against HUMANITY….. (we both agree on that one)

Well there you have it folks , Pete Hegseth will be working for Greater Isreal , but not for you. So far it appears that most of Trumps picks may be thinking the same way. These wimps including Trump will do whatever their owners tell them to do.

what really appalls me is the grip big pharma has on politicians by virtue of bribes (political donations)
Consider Ivermectin…….Fenbendazole and other very safe drugs, used for decades, which could be repurposed if research was performed.

On 21 November, France, Germany and the UK (together known as the E3) had made a joint statement on Iran’s implementation of its nuclear commitments under the JCPOA, a multilateral agreement from 2015 under which under Iran had agreed to limit its nuclear activities including uranium enrichment and allow in international inspectors. In it, the E3 said Iran’s overall stockpile of enriched uranium was now “over 32 times the limit” it had committed to in the JCPOA. The E3 described Iran’s “choices and decisions regarding its nuclear activities” as the source of a “long-standing proliferation crisis”, a situation they said Iran had escalated “by further departing from its JCPOA commitments”.
