In a huge blow to the GOP, the US Supreme Court on Friday rejected an emergency application seeking to pause Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruling on provisional ballots.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) and Pennsylvanian GOP sough relief from the high court after state supreme court ruled 4-3 that provisional ballots that were incorrectly filled out or missing the ‘secrecy’ envelope.

Lawyers for the GOP argued that there is no identifying information on the provisional ballots once they are separated from the envelopes.

The Commonwealth’s state supreme court ruled that “provisional votes can be counted only after a person’s eligibility to vote and the rejection of their mail-in ballot are confirmed.”

There is a shortage of houses and no one can afford to buy. Not a good scenario.

Leviticus of the Old Testament tells of the jubilee and how the 50 year cycle was used to restore the balance in society and let the original landowners return to their land. Leviticus does not discuss the debts that are settled in Silver.
Before Leviticus, the new rulers, once taking power would enact a clean slate to restore balance.
During the Roman times the creditors had usurped the power from the Roman Senate through usury which led to the eventual downfall of Rome.
With that being said, until there is some mechanism to restore balance in society, we are destined to repeat the failures of history.

The case against Donald Trump for President.
The Trump years had its ups and downs until Covid. Faced with his first real crisis, he failed miserably. Trump was impeached in late 2019 for trying to obtain dirt on Joe Biden from Ukraine’s President Zelensky. Basically, saying in a taped phone conversation, investigate Biden’s activities in Ukraine, or the US will withhold aid and weapons. If you listened to the conversation, it’s pretty obvious it was quid pro quo, dirt on Biden for already Congress-approved aid to Ukraine. Teflon Don was acquitted in the senate as expected. Then in March of 2020 Covid hit. He did a poor job of protecting the American people, made an issue of wearing masks political, and told Americans that the drug hydroxychloroquine could prevent Covid, which proved to be not the case. He went on to hold indoor rally’s before Covid became less virulent, before vaccines, and other drugs which drastically cut down the death rate. Ask Herman Cain, (who tried to get the Republican nomination for President in 2012), if indoor rallies were a good idea? Oh, sorry you can’t, he’s dead. Cain contracted Covid after attending an indoor Trump rally in July of 2020 and died shortly thereafter along with God knows how many others. 1.2 million Americans have died from Covid, more than any other country in the world. Nice job Donald. Trump loves to call others stupid. During a presser during Covid, he asked one of the Covid experts, if injecting bleach into a person might kill the Covid virus. Brilliant. As far as policy, he failed on any healthcare reform, wanted to do away with Obamacare. Gave a tax cut that mostly benefitted the rich, added $8 trillion to the national debt, got rid of many regulations in the EPA, and was a climate change denier. When asked what he would do about climate change, he answered, “I’m for clean air and clean water. Ha! Aren’t we all. Pulled out of the Paris Climate treaty, and for 6 weeks separated immigrant families from their children, who had entered the country. Trump always said the US had the greatest economy ever under his presidency, but as far as GDP, it was very comparable to the Obama years. Now is when it gets ugly, January 6th. Trump refused to concede the election after he lost, and said it was rigged. After 60 court cases were thrown out regarding election interference, and his own AG Bill Barr said there was no election interference, and no real proof, Trump to this day continues to say the election was stolen. This has caused so much grief for our nation, it’s incalculable. Trumpers believe this. because Trump, who is a compulsive liar says it’s true. Trump instigated a mob crowd on January 6th which led to the insurrection at the Capitol. 149 police officers were injured, one died from his injuries, and 4 committed suicide in the weeks and months after the attack. Trump tried to illegally get VP Mike Pence not to certify the election, which Pence refused to do. As the insurrection on the Capitol took place, he sat in the White house, watched it on TV, and did nothing to stop it for 90 minutes. In a court filing released on October 2nd, regarding the January 6th indictment against Trump, and aide told Trump that Mike Pence was in danger, Trump’s response was “so what”. Casey Hutchinson, an aide, to then Trump Chief of staff Mark Meadows testified in front of the January 6th committee that Trump knew the mob had arms before going to the Capitol. Trump was informed that people rallying on the mall that morning had weapons but he told officials to “let my people in” and march to the Capitol. During his current campaign for President, when asked about January 6th, his response was, it was “A day of love”. Trump has said if elected President he will look into pardoning all those jailed for their participation in January 6th, and refers to the insurrectionists who have been jailed as, hostages. January 6th in itself is a reason that Donald Trump should never be allowed near the White house ever again. Our country was very lucky that day. No Congressmen were injured, and Mike Pence did certify the election. We came very close to losing our democracy on January 6th. No one should ever forget. Now to all the indictments. Trump was indicted for election interference in Georgia. On a recorded call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Trump asked him “to find 11,780 votes” and overturn Georgia’s election results. The case is pending. The records indictment in Florida was dismissed by Judge Cannon, not on the evidence, but on the grounds that the special counsel wasn’t legal. The case is pending on appeal. Trump took classified documents after leaving the White house, and kept them in Mar-a- Lago, his residence in Florida, a private club. Pictures have shown cases of classified documents in his bathroom, and a stage unattended at the club. The Justice dept. asked for the documents back, and Trump refused. After issuing a subpoena, Trump tried to hide the documents, and refused to give them back. Trump’s estate was raided by the FBI, and they took the classified documents back. Joe Biden and Mike Pence also had classified documents at their residences, but when asked to return them, both did. If Trump would have returned the documents when asked, he never would have been indicted. The next indictment was the Stormy Daniels hush money case. Trump was tried and found guilty on all 34 felony counts. The jurors said they unanimously agreed that Trump falsified business records to conceal a $130,000 hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels to influence the outcome of the 2016 election. Trump was the first former President ever convicted of a felony. Would you want your daughter to be near Donald Trump? I think not. In 2023, a New York jury found former President Trump liable for sexually abusing columnist E. Jean Carroll in the mid-90s and later defaming her. In early 2024, a civil case brought against Trump by the State of New York, he was found guilty, and the judge ordered the former president to fork over $355 million of his fortune, plus interest, finding he lied for years about his wealth on financial statements which he used to secure loans and make deals as he built the real estate empire that vaulted him to fame, and the presidency. Quite a legal record, two civil convictions, and 1 conviction as a felon. I can hear it now, Trump complaining that President Biden weaponized the DOJ, and he’s done nothing wrong. AG Merrick Garland was extremely careful in indicting Trump. That’s why it took so long before he was indicted, and because of this, these trials didn’t happen before the election. There is no proof that Biden weaponized the DOJ to indict Trump in the January 6th, and Documents cases. The other cases were brought by the State of New York. Bottom line, Trump was convicted in the Stormy Daniels case, and EG Carroll sexual assault case by 12 jurors of his peers, not by the DOJ. Trump’s response as always, was, that it was rigged, and the Trumpers believe him. Because of derogatory comments made by Trump of the judge and some witnesses, they and their families received death threats.
The Military: Trump’s comment on John McCain in July, 2015 was disgraceful. Regarding McCain’s service in Vietnam, “ He’s not a war hero,” said Trump. “He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured.” HIs next comments on the military came out in the press during his presidency, and were finally confirmed by his ex-Chief of Staff John Kelly in an interview last week with the NY Times. Trump continually criticized the military, telling Kelly more than once that soldiers captured, wounded, or killed in action were “losers and suckers.” Kelly went on to say “The time in Paris was not the only time that he ever said it,” Kelly said. “Whenever John McCain’s name came up, he’d go through this rant about him being a loser, and all those people were suckers, and why do you people think that people getting killed are heroes? And he’d go through this rant. To me, I could never understand why he was that way — he may be the only American citizen that feels that way about those who gave their lives or served their country.” If you served this country, why would you vote for this man.
The two biggest issues in the campaign are inflation and immigration. As far as immigration is concerned, Biden didn’t act quickly enough in his first 2 years to stop illegal immigrants from entering the country. He should have, but let’s remember he was the President, and decision maker, not VP Harris. That being said, this year a bi-partisan bill put together by conservative Republican Lankford never was passed because Trump told Republicans to kill the bill so he could use the issue as a political talking point during his Presidential campaign. Inflation was caused primarily by three factors, too much monetary stimulus, a disruption in the supply chain during Covid, and the Federal Reserve keeping interest rates too low for too long, and excessive Quantitative Easing. The Fed screwed up big time, when Fed head Powell said inflation was transitory. They are a big reason for our inflation problem, and they’re the ones who have the most power to fix it. In terms of the economy, during the campaign Trump has stated he will put a tariff on all imported goods. If this happens, the price increase will be passed on to the consumer. This could spike inflation, and start a trade war with other countries. He would remove taxes on tips. and extend the Trump tax cuts that are scheduled to expire in 2025. Harris has proposed the following: She wants to raise taxes on the wealthy and big businesses to fund investments in housing and tax credits for parents. She has proposed more financial assistance for first-time homebuyers and expanded tax credits for parents.
She also wants to cut taxes for small businesses and entrepreneurs. In terms of other policy, you can go on each candidate’s website to see where they stand on issues.
My case against Trump, for the most part isn’t about policy, it’s about whether Trump is fit to be President. Our country can survive 4 years of policies you don’t agree on, but will our democracy survive another 4 years of a Trump Presidency?
Trump is a compulsive liar, and narcissist. His words have caused much pain and suffering. His insults and lies have caused death threats to politicians, judges, and election officials since he left office. Does this country really want mass deportation of immigrants, as Trump has stated he will do if becoming President? What would that do to our economy. During his debate with Harris, he lied about the Haitian immigrants eating the Cats and Dogs in Springfield, Ohio which resulted in much pain for the community, including bomb threats, and threats against Haitians. Is this what we want in a President? What about his racist remarks and actions. During the Trump-Biden debate, he said illegal immigrants were taking the jobs from blacks and the Hispanic. What exactly is a black job?
During his interview with black journalists in Chicago during the summer, Trump said, ““She was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage. I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago, when she happened to turn Black, and now she wants to be known as Black. So, I don’t know, is she Indian or is she Black?” In 1973, the U.S. Department of Justice sued Trump Management, Donald Trump and his father Fred, for discrimination against African Americans in their renting practices. Let’s not forget during a Nazi rally in Charlottsville while he was President, he said there are good people on both sides. During his rally on Sunday at Madison Square Garden, a comedian, Tony Hinchcliffe came in with this beauty, one of many racist remarks. “There’s a lot going on. I don’t know if you know this but there’s literally a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now. I think it’s called Puerto Rico.” I wonder how funny the Puerto Rican community thought this “joke” was. In 2022, Trump had dinner with Nick Fuentes, an outspoken antisemite and racist who is one of the country’s most prominent young white supremacists.
The most concerning thing is that Trump is a wannabe dictator, and will do whatever he wants when President, whether it’s lawful or not. This is especially true since the Supreme Court handed down its immunity ruling for a President during the summer, virtually giving him free rein when carrying out his presidential duties. From The Atlantic article published last week: During the nerve-racking period of social unrest following George Floyd’s death, Trump asked Mark Milley, his joint Chiefs of Staff, and Mark Esper, Trump’s Secretary of State, if the Army could shoot protesters. “Trump seemed unable to think straight and calmly,” Esper wrote in his memoir. “The protests and violence had him so enraged that he was willing to send in active-duty forces to put down the protesters. Worse yet, he suggested we shoot them. I wondered about his sense of history, of propriety, and of his oath to the Constitution.” Esper told National Public Radio in 2022, “We reached that point in the conversation where he looked frankly at General Milley, and said, ‘Can’t you just shoot them, just shoot them in the legs or something?’” When defense officials argued against Trump’s desire, the president screamed, according to witnesses, “You are all fucking losers!”
Trump has always admired Authoritarians. He praises strongman like Prime Minister Orban of Hungary. Sent, in his words love letters to Kim Jong Un, when he was President. He takes the word of Putin over our FBI. When Trump was President, he met with Putin at the Helsinki summit, and even though our intelligence Agencies said Russia interfered in our 2016 election, Trump had this to say at the press conference, “President Putin says it’s not Russia. I don’t see any reason why it would be”, thereby taking the word of Putin over our intelligence agencies for the whole world to hear. In the book recently released by Bob Woodward, “War”, Trump sent covid tests to Putin in the early days of the pandemic, when the tests were scarce in the U.S. This was confirmed by Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, who said the tests were sent to the Kremlin. In very disturbing references to Adolph Hitler, John Kelly in his interview with the NY Times last week, said that Trump had said more than once that Hitler ‘did some good things’. Also, in an article released last week by The Atlantic, according to 2 people, who took contemporaneous notes at a private conversation with Trump and others at the White House, Trump said “I need the kind of generals that Hitler had.”
The definition of a Fascist: A fascist is a follower of a political philosophy characterized by authoritarian views and a strong central government — and no tolerance for opposing opinions. Sounds like Donald Trump, or at least in the opinion of John Kelly who said in the NY Times interview that Donald Trump fits the definition of a Fascist. I agree. Throughout his campaign, Trump has constantly threatened those who have opposed him, as he has said, “the enemy within”, where he threatened to use the National Guard, and military against Americans, not outside adversaries. He has threatened military tribunals against those who he dislikes, and specific threats of imprisoning Special Counsel, Jack Smith, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam Schiff, Anthony Fauci, Nancy Pelosi, Liz Chaney, Bill Gates, and the January 6th committee. He recently threatened to take away CBS’s license because he didn’t like the 60 minutes interview with Harris, a couple of weeks ago. Yeah, I know, well, Trump always talks out of his ass, not to take it seriously. Well, you should. In his first term, he had, for the most part decent people in his cabinet, and aides surrounding him, who have said they had to stop Trump numerous times from doing something illegal. This time around he will have no guard rails. He learned from his first term, that if elected for a second term, to put in place those who will do what he says, and above all, be loyal to him, not to the country. Is there any doubt that if JD Vance would have been Vice President instead of Mike Pence, that he would not have certified the 2020 election?

John Bolton: Trump’s former National Security Advisor has said that Trump “is unfit to be president.”
Mike Pence: the former Vice President has publicly declined to endorse Trump and said that “anyone who puts himself above the Constitution should not be president, and anyone who asks someone else to put themselves above the Constitution should not be president.”
Sarah Matthews: a former Trump aide, she has declined to endorse him and called it “mind boggling,” the number of Trump staffers who now denounce Trump. “The American people should listen to what these people are saying. It should be alarming that the people Trump hired to work for him are now saying he’s unfit to serve.”
Alyssa Farah Griffin: a former Trump aide, she said, “Fundamentally, a second Trump term could mean the end of American democracy as we know it, and I don’t say that lightly.”
John Kelly: Trump’s former chief of staff and retired Marine Corps general, has stated that Trump is “a person who admires autocrats and murderous dictators,” and “has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the rule of law.”
Stephanie Grisham: Trump’s former press secretary, she has endorsed Kamala Harris and said that Trump “has no empathy, no morals and no fidelity to the truth. He used to tell me, ‘It doesn’t matter what you say, Stephanie — say it enough and people will believe you.’”

(Barr also later said he would vote for Trump over Biden. James Mattis: Trump’s former secretary of defense, Mattis said Trump should have been a “man left without a country” following the Jan. 6 attacks. In 2020, Mattis wrote of Trump: “Donald Trump is the first president in my lifetime who does not try to unite the American people—does not even pretend to try. Instead, he tries to divide us.”
Mark Milley: former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Milley called Trump “a wannabe dictator.” He also said: “We don’t take an oath to a king or a queen or to a tyrant or a dictator. And we don’t take an oath to a wannabe dictator.”
Cassidy Hutchinson: a former Trump aide and assistant to Trump’s Chief of Staff, Hutchinson was a Jan. 6 whistleblower and has said: “If Donald Trump is elected president again in 2024, I do fear that it will be the last election where we’re voting for democracy because, if he is elected again, I don’t think we’ll be voting under the same Constitution.”

I leave you with this. Donald Trump is a narcissist and compulsive liar. He has divided our country to the point that family members have stopped speaking to each other, as well as ending friendships. He appeals to the lowest possible common nominator, hate. He never takes responsibility for any of his actions, and never admits he’s wrong. If you haven’t decided who to vote for, take some time and watch his entire rally at Madison Square Garden last Sunday, or watch any other of his campaign speeches, and ask yourself, is this really the person I want to lead this country. If Kamala Harris is elected President, and she doesn’t do a good job, or you don’t like the policies she tries to enact, the country will survive. You can always vote her out in four years. The question is, will the US survive as a republic, which the whole democratic world looks up to, if Donald Trump is elected to a second term. The choice is ours.

The definition of a Fascist: A fascist is a follower of a political philosophy characterized by authoritarian views and a strong central government — and no tolerance for opposing opinions. Sounds like Donald Trump, or at least in the opinion of John Kelly who said in the NY Times interview that Donald Trump fits the definition of a Fascist. I agree. Throughout his campaign, Trump has constantly threatened those who have opposed him, as he has said, “the enemy within”, where he threatened to use the National Guard, and military against Americans, not outside adversaries. He has threatened military tribunals against those who he dislikes, and specific threats of imprisoning Special Counsel, Jack Smith, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam Schiff, Anthony Fauci, Nancy Pelosi, Liz Chaney, Bill Gates, and the January 6th committee. He recently threatened to take away CBS’s license because he didn’t like the 60 minutes interview with Harris, a couple of weeks ago. Yeah, I know, well, Trump always talks out of his ass, not to take it seriously. Well, you should. In his first term, he had, for the most part decent people in his cabinet, and aides surrounding him, who have said they had to stop Trump numerous times from doing something illegal. This time around he will have no guard rails. He learned from his first term, that if elected for a second term, to put in place those who will do what he says, and above all, be loyal to him, not to the country. Is there any doubt that if JD Vance would have been Vice President instead of Mike Pence, that he would not have certified the 2020 election?

The number of people who are Republicans, and people who worked in his administration who are endorsing Kamala Harris, or have said Trump is unfit for office is unprecedented. Who would know better than the people in his administration who were closest to him? You know our democracy’s in trouble when staunch conservatives, Liz Cheney and Dick Cheney endorse Kamala. Here’s a list of some of those Republicans who are warning us of a Trump second term:
Mark Esper: the former Defense Secretary, Esper has, in numerous interviews, called Trump “a very real threat to democracy.”
John Bolton: Trump’s former National Security Advisor has said that Trump “is unfit to be president.”
Mike Pence: the former Vice President has publicly declined to endorse Trump and said that “anyone who puts himself above the Constitution should not be president, and anyone who asks someone else to put themselves above the Constitution should not be president.”
Sarah Matthews: a former Trump aide, she has declined to endorse him and called it “mind boggling,” the number of Trump staffers who now denounce Trump. “The American people should listen to what these people are saying. It should be alarming that the people Trump hired to work for him are now saying he’s unfit to serve.”
Alyssa Farah Griffin: a former Trump aide, she said, “Fundamentally, a second Trump term could mean the end of American democracy as we know it, and I don’t say that lightly.”
John Kelly: Trump’s former chief of staff and retired Marine Corps general, has stated that Trump is “a person who admires autocrats and murderous dictators,” and “has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the rule of law.”
Stephanie Grisham: Trump’s former press secretary, she has endorsed Kamala Harris and said that Trump “has no empathy, no morals and no fidelity to the truth. He used to tell me, ‘It doesn’t matter what you say, Stephanie — say it enough and people will believe you.’”
Bill Barr: Trump’s former attorney general, he called Trump “a consummate narcissist,” and said he has no business anywhere near the White House. (Barr also later said he would vote for Trump over Biden. He has not publicly disclosed his choice between Trump and Harris, but given that Harris turned him inside out during questioning at a Senate hearing, his choice is probably obvious.)
James Mattis: Trump’s former secretary of defense, Mattis said Trump should have been a “man left without a country” following the Jan. 6 attacks. In 2020, Mattis wrote of Trump: “Donald Trump is the first president in my lifetime who does not try to unite the American people—does not even pretend to try. Instead, he tries to divide us.”
Mark Milley: former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Milley called Trump “a wannabe dictator.” He also said: “We don’t take an oath to a king or a queen or to a tyrant or a dictator. And we don’t take an oath to a wannabe dictator.”
Cassidy Hutchinson: a former Trump aide and assistant to Trump’s Chief of Staff, Hutchinson was a Jan. 6 whistleblower and has said: “If Donald Trump is elected president again in 2024, I do fear that it will be the last election where we’re voting for democracy because, if he is elected again, I don’t think we’ll be voting under the same Constitution.”

The case against Trump, continued:
The Trump years had its ups and downs until Covid. Faced with his first real crisis, he failed miserably. Trump was impeached in late 2019 for trying to obtain dirt on Joe Biden from Ukraine’s President Zelensky. Basically, saying in a taped phone conversation, investigate Biden’s activities in Ukraine, or the US will withhold aid and weapons. If you listened to the conversation, it’s pretty obvious it was quid pro quo, dirt on Biden for already Congress-approved aid to Ukraine. Teflon Don was acquitted in the senate as expected. Then in March of 2020 Covid hit. He did a poor job of protecting the American people, made an issue of wearing masks political, and told Americans that the drug hydroxychloroquine could prevent Covid, which proved to be not the case. He went on to hold indoor rally’s before Covid became less virulent, before vaccines, and other drugs which drastically cut down the death rate. Ask Herman Cain, (who tried to get the Republican nomination for President in 2012), if indoor rallies were a good idea? Oh, sorry you can’t, he’s dead. Cain contracted Covid after attending an indoor Trump rally in July of 2020 and died shortly thereafter along with God knows how many others. 1.2 million Americans have died from Covid, more than any other country in the world. Nice job Donald. Trump loves to call others stupid. During a presser during Covid, he asked one of the Covid experts, if injecting bleach into a person might kill the Covid virus. Brilliant. As far as policy, he failed on any healthcare reform, wanted to do away with Obamacare. Gave a tax cut that mostly benefitted the rich, added $8 trillion to the national debt, got rid of many regulations in the EPA, and was a climate change denier. When asked what he would do about climate change, he answered, “I’m for clean air and clean water. Ha! Aren’t we all. Pulled out of the Paris Climate treaty, and for 6 weeks separated immigrant families from their children, who had entered the country. Trump always said the US had the greatest economy ever under his presidency, but as far as GDP, it was very comparable to the Obama years. Now is when it gets ugly, January 6th. Trump refused to concede the election after he lost, and said it was rigged. After 60 court cases were thrown out regarding election interference, and his own AG Bill Barr said there was no election interference, and no real proof, Trump to this day continues to say the election was stolen. This has caused so much grief for our nation, it’s incalculable. Trumpers believe this. because Trump, who is a compulsive liar says it’s true. Trump instigated a mob crowd on January 6th which led to the insurrection at the Capitol. 149 police officers were injured, one died from his injuries, and 4 committed suicide in the weeks and months after the attack. Trump tried to illegally get VP Mike Pence not to certify the election, which Pence refused to do. As the insurrection on the Capitol took place, he sat in the White house, watched it on TV, and did nothing to stop it for 90 minutes. In a court filing released on October 2nd, regarding the January 6th indictment against Trump, and aide told Trump that Mike Pence was in danger, Trump’s response was “so what”. Casey Hutchinson, an aide, to then Trump Chief of staff Mark Meadows testified in front of the January 6th committee that Trump knew the mob had arms before going to the Capitol. Trump was informed that people rallying on the mall that morning had weapons but he told officials to “let my people in” and march to the Capitol. During his current campaign for President, when asked about January 6th, his response was, it was “A day of love”. Trump has said if elected President he will look into pardoning all those jailed for their participation in January 6th, and refers to the insurrectionists who have been jailed as, hostages. January 6th in itself is a reason that Donald Trump should never be allowed near the White house ever again. Our country was very lucky that day. No Congressmen were injured, and Mike Pence did certify the election. We came very close to losing our democracy on January 6th. No one should ever forget.

Now to all the indictments. Trump was indicted for election interference in Georgia. On a recorded call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Trump asked him “to find 11,780 votes” and overturn Georgia’s election results. The case is pending. The records indictment in Florida was dismissed by Judge Cannon, not on the evidence, but on the grounds that the special counsel wasn’t legal. The case is pending on appeal. Trump took classified documents after leaving the White house, and kept them in Mar-a- Lago, his residence in Florida, a private club. Pictures have shown cases of classified documents in his bathroom, and a stage unattended at the club. The Justice dept. asked for the documents back, and Trump refused. After issuing a subpoena, Trump tried to hide the documents, and refused to give them back. Trump’s estate was raided by the FBI, and they took the classified documents back. Joe Biden and Mike Pence also had classified documents at their residences, but when asked to return them, both did. If Trump would have returned the documents when asked, he never would have been indicted. The next indictment was the Stormy Daniels hush money case. Trump was tried and found guilty on all 34 felony counts. The jurors said they unanimously agreed that Trump falsified business records to conceal a $130,000 hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels to influence the outcome of the 2016 election. Trump was the first former President ever convicted of a felony. Would you want your daughter to be near Donald Trump? I think not. In 2023, a New York jury found former President Trump liable for sexually abusing columnist E. Jean Carroll in the mid-90s and later defaming her. In early 2024, a civil case brought against Trump by the State of New York, he was found guilty, and the judge ordered the former president to fork over $355 million of his fortune, plus interest, finding he lied for years about his wealth on financial statements which he used to secure loans and make deals as he built the real estate empire that vaulted him to fame, and the presidency. Quite a legal record, two civil convictions, and 1 conviction as a felon. I can hear it now, Trump complaining that President Biden weaponized the DOJ, and he’s done nothing wrong. AG Merrick Garland was extremely careful in indicting Trump. That’s why it took so long before he was indicted, and because of this, these trials didn’t happen before the election. There is no proof that Biden weaponized the DOJ to indict Trump in the January 6th, and Documents cases. The other cases were brought by the State of New York. Bottom line, Trump was convicted in the Stormy Daniels case, and EG Carroll sexual assault case by 12 jurors of his peers, not by the DOJ. Trump’s response as always, was, that it was rigged, and the Trumpers believe him. Because of derogatory comments made by Trump of the judge and some witnesses, they and their families received death threats.

The Military: Trump’s comment on John McCain in July, 2015 was disgraceful. Regarding McCain’s service in Vietnam, “ He’s not a war hero,” said Trump. “He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured.” HIs next comments on the military came out in the press during his presidency, and were finally confirmed by his ex-Chief of Staff John Kelly in an interview last week with the NY Times. Trump continually criticized the military, telling Kelly more than once that soldiers captured, wounded, or killed in action were “losers and suckers.” Kelly went on to say “The time in Paris was not the only time that he ever said it,” Kelly said. “Whenever John McCain’s name came up, he’d go through this rant about him being a loser, and all those people were suckers, and why do you people think that people getting killed are heroes? And he’d go through this rant. To me, I could never understand why he was that way — he may be the only American citizen that feels that way about those who gave their lives or served their country.” If you served this country, why would you vote for this man.

As far as immigration is concerned, Biden didn’t act quickly enough in his first 2 years to stop illegal immigrants from entering the country. He should have, but let’s remember he was the President, and decision maker, not VP Harris. That being said, this year a bi-partisan bill put together by conservative Republican Lankford never was passed because Trump told Republicans to kill the bill so he could use the issue as a political talking point during his Presidential campaign. Inflation was caused primarily by three factors, too much monetary stimulus, a disruption in the supply chain during Covid, and the Federal Reserve keeping interest rates too low for too long, and excessive Quantitative Easing. The Fed screwed up big time, when Fed head Powell said inflation was transitory. They are a big reason for our inflation problem, and they’re the ones who have the most power to fix it. In terms of the economy, during the campaign Trump has stated he will put a tariff on all imported goods. If this happens, the price increase will be passed on to the consumer. This could spike inflation, and start a trade war with other countries. He would remove taxes on tips. and extend the Trump tax cuts that are scheduled to expire in 2025. Harris has proposed the following: She wants to raise taxes on the wealthy and big businesses to fund investments in housing and tax credits for parents. She has proposed more financial assistance for first-time homebuyers and expanded tax credits for parents.
She also wants to cut taxes for small businesses and entrepreneurs. In terms of other policy, you can go on each candidate’s website to see where they stand on issues.

Is this what we want in a President? What about his racist remarks and actions. During the Trump-Biden debate, he said illegal immigrants were taking the jobs from blacks and the Hispanic. What exactly is a black job?
During his interview with black journalists in Chicago during the summer, Trump said, ““She was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage. I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago, when she happened to turn Black, and now she wants to be known as Black. So, I don’t know, is she Indian or is she Black?” In 1973, the U.S. Department of Justice sued Trump Management, Donald Trump and his father Fred, for discrimination against African Americans in their renting practices. Let’s not forget during a Nazi rally in Charlottsville while he was President, he said there are good people on both sides. During his rally on Sunday at Madison Square Garden, a comedian, Tony Hinchcliffe came in with this beauty, one of many racist remarks. “There’s a lot going on. I don’t know if you know this but there’s literally a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now. I think it’s called Puerto Rico.” I wonder how funny the Puerto Rican community thought this “joke” was. In 2022, Trump had dinner with Nick Fuentes, an outspoken antisemite and racist who is one of the country’s most prominent young white supremacists.
The most concerning thing is that Trump is a wannabe dictator, and will do whatever he wants when President, whether it’s lawful or not. This is especially true since the Supreme Court handed down its immunity ruling for a President during the summer, virtually giving him free rein when carrying out his presidential duties. From The Atlantic article published last week: During the nerve-racking period of social unrest following George Floyd’s death, Trump asked Mark Milley, his joint Chiefs of Staff, and Mark Esper, Trump’s Secretary of State, if the Army could shoot protesters. “Trump seemed unable to think straight and calmly,” Esper wrote in his memoir. “The protests and violence had him so enraged that he was willing to send in active-duty forces to put down the protesters. Worse yet, he suggested we shoot them. I wondered about his sense of history, of propriety, and of his oath to the Constitution.” Esper told National Public Radio in 2022, “We reached that point in the conversation where he looked frankly at General Milley, and said, ‘Can’t you just shoot them, just shoot them in the legs or something?’” When defense officials argued against Trump’s desire, the president screamed, according to witnesses, “You are all fucking losers!”
Trump has always admired Authoritarians. He praises strongman like Prime Minister Orban of Hungary. Sent, in his words love letters to Kim Jong Un, when he was President. He takes the word of Putin over our FBI. When Trump was President, he met with Putin at the Helsinki summit, and even though our intelligence Agencies said Russia interfered in our 2016 election, Trump had this to say at the press conference, “President Putin says it’s not Russia. I don’t see any reason why it would be”, thereby taking the word of Putin over our intelligence agencies for the whole world to hear. In the book recently released by Bob Woodward, “War”, Trump sent covid tests to Putin in the early days of the pandemic, when the tests were scarce in the U.S. This was confirmed by Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, who said the tests were sent to the Kremlin. In very disturbing references to Adolph Hitler, John Kelly in his interview with the NY Times last week, said that Trump had said more than once that Hitler ‘did some good things’. Also, in an article released last week by The Atlantic, according to 2 people, who took contemporaneous notes at a private conversation with Trump and others at the White House, Trump said “I need the kind of generals that Hitler had.”

When things come apart, the price of Bitcoin will follow the stock market as trillions of wealth disappear.
Those with physical gold, will still have their Gold. Albeit probably not worth as much priced in currency, but they will still have it.
Lastly one must think about things financially what the rest of the world thinks about the United States.
Until the rest of the world accepts crypto currency, Bitcoin and Wall Street will remain a ponzi scheme run by those who hope you never read a book on the financial history of the world.

The Social Security Administration has finally released the final wage statistics for 2023, and they are quite sobering.

According to the report, last year the “median wage” in this country was just $43,222.81. In other words, half of all American workers made less than $43,222.81, and half of all American workers made more than $43,222.81.

Once upon a time, the vast majority of the country could afford to live a middle class lifestyle.

But now those days are long gone.

A study that was recently released found that it now takes more than $100,000 a year for a typical U.S. household to live “the American Dream” in all 50 states, and in 29 U.S. states it takes more than $150,000 a year…

A household would have to spend more than $150,000 a year to live the dream in 29 of the 50 states, according to an analysis published in April by the personal finance site GOBankingRates.

According to the report, the optimal American lifestyle would cost $137,842 a year in Ohio, $147,535 in Texas, $159,932 in Florida, $194,067 in New York and $245,723 in California.

The state that has the lowest cost of living is Mississippi.

Living the American Dream only costs $109,516 a year in that state.
