Temas Resources – Titanium Dioxide Market Overview: Anti-Dumping Duties On Chinese Titanium Dioxide Imports, Market Growth, PEA Work Starting Soon

Kyler Hardy, Executive Chairman at Temas Resources (CSE:TMAS – OTCQB:TMASF – FRA:26P0) joins me to provide an update on the titanium dioxide (TiO₂), including recent news out of the EU imposing provisional anti-dumping duties on Chinese TiO₂ imports. These duties follow the United States, which already has anti-dumping duties in place against Chinese TiO₂, and Brazil which initiated an anti-dumping investigation of its own in April 2024.

We discuss the significance of these measures and how they aim to prevent market manipulation by China. I also ask about the overall size of the TiO₂ market, growth outlook, and what governments are doing to support domestic critical minerals production..

On the Temas Resources front, the Company is starting the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) later this year. I ask about the necessary drilling and other work that needs to go into the study.
