Yes, I’m in the country just south of Nashville where many of my neighbors have horse ranches.
I probably have one of the smallest lots – zoned only for one horse, which I don’t have.
But I can farm chickens and goats as necessary in the event a major coronal mass ejection taking out much of civilization.
((Although I’ll probably choose quail as chickens are noisy.). I felt enough land to be self sufficient a precaution against the solar cycle. So Starlink or phone-links are my only choices.
Most everything electrical, however, can be taken out by EMPs or CMEs.
The next few decades, I.e. the rest of my life, could see civilization taken out, I don’t see a high probability of nuclear war, but the sun clearly has cycles not kind to mankind.
