LithiumBank – Intellectual Property License Agreement For DLE Technology, Pilot Plant Testing At Boardwalk, Park Place Moving Toward A Resource Estimate

Kevin Piepgrass, COO at LithiumBank (TSX.V:LBNK -OTCQB:LBNKF – FRA:HT9) joins me to provide an update on the recent Intellectual Property License Agreement with G2L Greenview Resources Inc. for Direct Lithium Extraction (“DLE”) technology, including pilot plant testing, as well as an update on the Park Place Lithium Brine Project which is advancing toward an initial Resource Estimate.

Kevin and I focus primarily on the news from September 11th, announcing the agreement with G2L Greenview Resources to test the Company’s DLE technology at the Boardwalk Lithium Brine Project. This deal also provides LithiumBank with access to one of the largest DLE pilot plants in North America. I have Kevin share a background on G2L Greenview Resources and the DLE technology being tested. We also walk through the time frame of shipping the pilot plant and how the testing will proceed. This technology will be used to extract lithium salts from enriched brines present at the Company’s lithium development projects, starting at the Boardwalk Lithium Brine Project, in Alberta.

I then have Kvein update us on the Park Place Project, in Alberta, where the Company recently engaged SLB (NYSE: SLB) (formerly Schlumberger Limited) to provide detailed reservoir modelling. This information will be used to complete the upcoming resource estimate and preliminary economic assessment on the Project.
