Torq Resources – First Two Drill Hole Results At Santa Cecilia, Hole 2 Intersects 557 Metres of 0.38 g/t Gold, 0.23% Copper and 56 ppm Molybdenum

On August 2nd Torq Resources (TSX.V:TORQ – OTCQX:TRBMF) announced the first two drill holes at the Cerro del Medio target in the Company’s inaugural drill program at the Santa Cecilia Project, in Chile. These two hole were drilled 700 meters apart with Hole 2 yielding the best result of 557 metres of 0.38 g/t gold, 0.23% copper and 56 ppm molybdenum.

Shawn Wallace, Executive Chairman and Michael Henrichson, Chief Geologist at Torq Resources joins us to discuss these results. We outline these early results and how the Company is planning to follow up with future drilling. Refer to Figure 3 from the news release posted below to get a better understanding of how these holes relate to past drilling.

Figure 3: Illustrates a cross-section view of Torq’s first two drill holes at the Cerro del Medio target area at the Santa Cecilia project. Importantly, the higher-grade mineralization intersected in drill hole 23-SC-DDH-002 provides strong vectors both to the south and to the east as the Company targets a potentially higher-grade causative intrusion.
