Arizona Sonoran Copper – Updates On Work Progress Towards The PFS; Including Nuton Technologies Extraction Rates From Sulfides and Current Drilling
Throughout this year the main work program for Arizona Sonoran Copper (TSX:ASCU – OTCQX:ASCUF) is to publish a Pre-Fesibility Study (PFS) on the Cactus Project from the Cactus and Parks/Sayler deposits. This PFS comes after the Company updated the PEA and resource in September 2022 that reported a 6.5billion lbs combined resource.
George Olgilvie, President and CEO of Arizona Sonoran Copper joins us to provide an update on all the work completed so far. We start with the preliminary column leach metallurgical extraction rates using the NutonTM technologies as part of the Phase 1 testing program with Nuton LLC, a Rio Tinto venture. We have George explain how this technology could improve the overall economics of the Project.
We then discuss 2 key permits received so far this year and what updates will be needed to have these deposits fully permitted. Finally we have George outline the drilling this year. Currently with 2 drills turning, 1 is in-filling the Parks/Sayler deposit and the other is working on true exploration.
If you have any follow up questions for George please email us at Fleck@kereport.com and Shad@kereport.com.
