Warwick Smith, CEO of American Pacific Mining (CSE:USGD – OTCQB:USGDF) joins us to recap yesterday’s news release announcing the work program at the Palmer VMS Project in Southeast Alaska.

The total budget for he program at US$25.5 million with the Company’s JV partner, Dowa Metals & Mining, committed to funding the entire amount. American Pacific has the option to pay its pro-rata share of 2023 program expenses, in whole or in part, prior to October 31, 2023, to minimize or eliminate Project dilution.
