Robert Sinn – Resource Investment Conference Recaps, Major Gold Mining M&A and Lithium’s Demand Growth Projections
Robert Sinn, known as Goldfinger over at CEO.ca and writer at the Energy and Gold website, joins us to recap the busy couple of week is Vancouver at three different resource investment conferences as well as share his thoughts on the gold and lithium sectors.
Starting with the conferences and gold sector, the mood was very bullish/optimistic. This was before the $100 drop in gold at the end of last week (post conferences). Robert shares the price action he is looking for moving forward as well as some key levels for gold and GDX and GDXJ. We also discuss the major M&A news, from last night, with Newmont’s U$17billion takeover offer of Newcrest. What does this mean for the junior gold stocks?
On the lithium front Robert shares a report from Scotia Bank outlining its estimate for global lithium growth. We tie this into the explosion of lithium companies and share prices.
So begins Week 4 of red. Today has been locked in prices shortly after open with small deviations of no significance. Phony jobs # of a phony economy require intervention on a continuous basis.
