Allied Copper – More Information On The Volt Lithium Acquisition

Back on October 31st, Allied Copper (TSX.V:CPR – OTCQB:CPRRF) announced an agreement to acquire a private lithium company, Volt Lithium. Just last week the Company reported additional financial and technical information on the deal. To get some more information on the deal and the strategy in the lithium space I am joined by Alex Wylie, President and CEO of Volt Lithium and incoming President of Allied Copper when the acquisition closes.

We kick off by recapping the background of Volt Lithium and Alex’s history in the resource sector. This then ties into a discussion on the overall strategy for lithium, where the Company will enter into production agreements with oil and gas companies to extract the lithium. As Alex outlines there is potential for the Company to produce lithium by the first half of next year. We also discuss how the move to lithium will be balanced with the Company’s current copper assets, that are awaiting assay results.

If you have any follow up questions for Alex please email me at Fleck@kereport.com.
