Craig Nicol, Founder and CEO of Graphene Manufacturing Group (TSX.V:GMG) joins me to discuss the recently announced $5mil bought deal financing as well as answer some of your recent questions on the battery division developments.

Starting with the financing, I have Craig detail the pricing, what the funds will be used for and how long the current cash plus the financing will last the Company.
