Kevin Piepgrass, COO at LithiumBank (TSX.V:LBNK) joins me to recap the news today highlighting results from the Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) test work at the Company’s Boardwalk Lithium Brine Project, in Western Central Alberta. This test work is very important to move the Project forward as it will directly feed into the upcoming PEA.
The keys notes from the DLE test work are outlined as:
- 93% Lithium Chloride recovery achieved in under 60 minutes of extraction processing.
- Testing produced a lithium concentrate with a range between 35-60 times grade increase over the initial raw lithium brine concentration level.
- High purity lithium concentrates between 2,500 – 4,000 mg/L (4 g/L) achieved at the end of the DLE process
I have Kevin further explain each of these results and importantly how this filters into the PEA. We also discuss the Company engaged to do the test work, Conductive Energy Inc.
