Aztec Minerals – Now 100% Owners Of The Cervantes Project With a 3,000 Meter Drill Program Just Commenced

Simon Dyakowski, President and CEO of Aztec Minerals (TSX.V:AZT – OTCQB:AZZTF) joins us to recap the recent news focused at the Cervantes Project, in Mexico. As reported on July 26th, the Company now holds a full 100% ownership of the Project, and the following day, July 27th, announced the commencement of a 3,000 meter drill program on the Project.

We start by having Simon recap the terms of the deal with Kootenay Silver to acquire Kootenay’s 35% interest in the Project. Shares and a 0.5% NSR were issued to Kootenay Silver.

We then move to the 3,000 meter drill program that just started. This program will test 3 targets with the main focus being around the California target. The California North and Jasper targets will also be tested.
