Blackrock Silver – Updates from the Tonopah West Project in Nevada, including multiple high-grade silver results
Andrew Pollard, CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF) joins me to bring everyone up to speed on the exploration work completed over the last year and a half at the Tonopah West Property, in Nevada. With the high-grade silver discovery hole back in July 2020 the Company has completed over 100,000 meters of drilling and is moving towards a resource expected for Q1 2022.
I have Andrew recap the drilling since the discovery hole and the key targets that have been tested. He provides an overview of results and the total number of veins that Company has found on site to date. We also discuss the staking around the Tonopah West Property and the new targets this is providing.
If you have any follow up questions for Andrew please email me at Fleck@kereport.com.

Hi David/lakedweller2 – Yes, agreed the area around Tonopah, Nevada is heating up. Personally, I went for Summa Silver as my exposure, but Blackrock is doing good work, and we also had a new company on today on a different segment, Infield Minerals, that has 2 projects and one of them is right by Tonopah as well.
.
Many investors, so focused on gold and gold mining in Nevada forget that what made the state famous is Silver. Most of those companies mentioned above are looking for both silver and gold, but it is encouraging to see that area play getting some traction.
I have both Blackrock and Summa and weighted about double in Blackrock. Not a lot in either but enough to keep the interest peaked. I like that Summa has a New Mexico play also in addition to Nevada, just because who has a New Mexico play.
Silver Tiger also moving today.
During the transition period and other technical difficulties with my phone, I am switching on a permanent basis to “Lakedweller2” as I use that name on other sites.
Lakedweller2 = David
David = Lakedweller2
I still added to my Blackrock no matter my name.
Warning: None of this is hazardous to your health or of particular interest but it gets me out in the public, socializing.
David/lakedweller2, you’ve been very repetitious on this handle confusion for some days now. Can I shorten it to LD or LD2?
Why didn’t I think of LD2. It would be so much easier.
Futures prices on the metals remind me of the Good Ol Days. I just can’t remember when those were. Let’s roll…
Volcanic Gold with some impressive drill results today. Big move in stock so far this AM. E79 had a big move early, then dropped to negative on no news I can find. E79 went up 14% yesterday on nothing. I would say watch it just in case there is actually some reason for the fluctuation.
In the meantime, read the Volcanic Gold drill results…
Added to Volcanic. Sounds good to me.
Some movement out of Nobel Resources, a copper play in Chile. They are still early stages but there must be some interest building up. Check it out if in the neighborhood.
Thanks for the update on Blackrock. Blackrock is also one of the favorites of Dave Kranzler. Sprott also holds as mentioned. I hold. If silver ever moves, Blackrock should do well. Sounds like a good resource being identified. Nevada Tonopah. Near Summa also. First Majestic bought some shares. Threw Silvercrest’s name around making a comparison of maiden resources. Added.
