EXCELLON DRILLS 1,293 G/T SILVER EQUIVALENT OVER 6.5 METRES AT PLATOSA
Excellon Resources Inc. has released results from underground expansion and exploration drilling at the Platosa mine in Durango, Mexico.
Highlights:
Further definition and expansion of the Guadalupe North, 623, NE-1 and NE-1S mantos, with results from underground drilling including:
1,293 grams per tonne silver equivalent (AgEq) over 6.5 metres (618 g/t silver, 10.1 per cent lead and 12.0 per cent zinc) in EX21UG565;
1,571 g/t AgEq over 4.6 metres (688 g/t Ag, 14.5 per cent Pb and 14.9 per cent Zn) in EX21UG564;
1,031 g/t AgEq over 4.6 metres (359 g/t Ag, 4.9 per cent Pb and 15.9 per cent Zn) in EX20UG522A, including 1,531 g/t AgEq over 1.3 metres (573 g/t Ag, 8.6 per cent Pb and 21.5 per cent Zn);
Drilling continues to outline and expand mineralization within and around the Platosa deposit with new opportunities identified in the historically mined Guadalupe North manto.

ERDENE EXTENDS DARK HORSE DISCOVERY TO THE SOUTH WITH INTERSECTION OF 35M OF 2.7 G/T GOLD INCLUDING 12M OF 5.1 G/T GOLD
Erdene Resource Development Corp. has released initial assay results from the current exploration drill program, confirming the southern extension of the Dark Horse Mane gold prospect.

Exploration drilling continues to expand zones of mineralization within the 30-square-kilometre Ulaan-Khundii prospect area.
Recent drilling extended the near-surface, high-grade gold zone at the southern end of Dark Horse Mane prospect, located three kilometres north of the Bayan Khundii gold deposit:
AAD-81 returned 35 metres of 2.67 grams per tonne gold beginning four metres from surface:
Includes 12 metres of 5.1 g/t gold, including one-metre intervals of 14 and 19.1 g/t gold;
Mineralization remains open to the south, with assay results pending for holes located approximately 100 metres to the south (AAD-84).
AAD-79 intersected four metres of 3.2 g/t gold and 22 g/t silver. (Mongolia)
