Maple Gold Mines – A major JV deal signed with Agnico Eagle
Maple Gold Mines (TSX.V:MGM – OTCQB:MGMLF) announced today a major transaction with Agnico Eagle. The JV agreement includes a large cash component to Maple Gold as well as an exploration commitment by Agnico, plus a past producing property.

Sounds like a win-win deal for both Maple Gold and Agnico. I haven’t sold a share since I purchased in March. I like the premiums offered. Should be more of a run. Anxious to see what they find on that other property.
