Excelsior, I thought that this article was very interesting. My main comment is that, “isn’t it interesting just a big a “Pandora’s box was opened by the internet. Perhaps the word “bioweapon” is an inappropriate word. It is more like a studied
bio-engineered viral structure, with great human damage capability.
What makes it bio-engineered ? 3 specific RNA sections related to SARS, MERS and HIV.
Perhaps two of those sections could, with extremely low probability, have happened in nature, but for all three the odds must be of the same order of magnitude as a first-grader writing a Shakespeare play. Combined with apparently two modes of entry into cells, via ACE2 and CD147 receptors, makes this viral creation very difficult/impossible to contain.
It is absolutely clear that the Chinese, knowing how disastrous this creation was on society, deliberately chose not to tell mankind. For that they deserve to be ostracized by civilization for a generation as malign members needing to earn back trust.

It’s amazing to me how ignorant is the population about covid-19.
Perhaps, more importantly is the apparent cluelessness of the U.S. intelligence agencies as to what was actually happening in China.
Did they really not follow what was happening in Wuhan in November/December 2019 ?
I told this forum, weeks ago, that a blanket universal shutdown, without regard to location and distribution of cases was a major mistake by Trump in panic.
Yet, even at this late date, almost 6 months after its first appearance in Wuhan, his “experts” don’t seem to understand the genomic nature of this “disease”. Did no one in the U.S. Government not study what the Chinese did? Why is anyone believing what the Chinese say, as oppose to what they know and did? Do we actually even have spy satellites and intelligence on China? It sure doesn’t make any contribution as far as I can tell.
