Introduction to Silver Viper Minerals – Exploration Focused in Mexico
Silver Viper Minerals (TSX.V: VIPR) is a newly listed exploration company focused on the Clemente Project in Sonora State, Mexico. Steve Cope, CEO of Silver Viper joins me to provide an overview of the project and drilling that is underway. Again this is a very new Company but one that I think you should be watching.
Here are some notes to consider.
- Tight share structure of just over 42.7 million shares outstanding. Management holds a large percentage of shares.
- Cash in the bank of around C$5million.
- Drilling is underway.
- I am a shareholder and have a lot of faith in this group to create shareholder value.

Ex,
sorry for not getting back to you last Friday. I think my brother took your advice a took a 1/3 off the table on GGI. He is ecstatic. Now he has some funds to plow back into some choice “beaten down” silver/gold + Uranium juniors. It’s all house money so he’s not sweating:)
Nice Confused. Congrats to your brother again, and well played. Nobody ever got hurt pulling profits, and then he still has 2/3 in to enjoy the ride but has protected some of the gains to redeploy into other opportunities and diversify the risk a bit.
Ever upward!
Hi Cory
No mention of what they paid for the property and the deal and what they owe
When do they expect drill results aprox.
thanks
Hey Monty,
Below is a link to the acquisition details from Riverside Resources. As Steve said the deal is back end loaded with small payments due each year. What I like is that the majority of the money is going into the ground over the 5 years. That is if the ongoing exploration warrants it.
As for drill results, the Company is drilling now. That means we will have to wait until November at the earliest for any results. Remember assay results have been very slow to come out this year.
Good interview Cory. I am a Cope family fan, and followed the success of Orko Silver very closely back in the day, and currently am a very enthusiastic Dolly Varden shareholder. This sounds like a a prospective exploration program and I just like this team. Hoping that they can do it again!
