An Introduction to EMX Royalty Corp
Last week at the Sprott Natural Resource Symposium I had the chance to sit down with a number of companies that were requested by all or you as well as some of the newsletter writers at the show. EMX Royalty Corp (NYSE AMEX: EMX & TSX.V: EMX), formally Eurasian Minerals, was requested by a couple listeners and was introduced to me by a newsletter writer who will remain nameless for now. I spend a couple hours with management reviewing the Company and asking whatever questions I had. After the initial conversation I figured it would be a good Company to introduce to all of you.
This interview is a general overview of the corporate strategy and how they have been able to execute throughout the bear market. EMX is fundamentally a project generator that focuses on negotiating deals for a royalty rather than maintaining an ownership stake that typically get diluted over time. The Company has a wide range of projects around the world and is currently generating revenue of approximately $2.5 million this year.
Please email me your thoughts and comments on EMX – Fleck[at]kereport.com. I think this is a very interesting Company that has major upside thanks to the large number of properties it holds and the current royalties it holds in hope of future production. The Compnay has a plan that is slightly different than most project generators that they are (and have been) executing.

Thank you for interviewing EMX. Chatted with them for a while at MIF last year. Felt that a number of their royalties were in geopolitically sketchy areas, or quite a time away from production. I’ll have to have another look into them.

Nice interview guys. I’ve been an investor on and off for the last few years. They have a brilliant business model where they’ve converted from a Prospect Generator and turned them into a portfolio of royalties. Much appreciated.
