I just cannot understand who would vote for a bill they had not read and had time to contemplate and debate. What the hell is wrong with the American electoral process that Congressmen and those brought to power by the vote are no more informed than the general public?
I appreciate Walter Jones but had one major objection to his talk:
He did not express that the bill should have been rejected outright by all representatives simply on the basis they were not able to know it’s full contents! What else needs to be said?
There really is nothing else to add unless people like him are now openly acknowledging that elected people come and go (which equals impotence) but the real power always lies with senior bureaucrats, candidates managers, inside policymakers and those who lobbied themselves into power without public representation or a ballot.
It is just amazing how corrupted the system has become. I swear the US is heading for dictatorship and a police state if that has not already arrived.
Personally I don’t think the U.S. has “become” corrupt, it has been corrupt longer than anyone reading this has been alive. Much longer really, Jefferson reneged on negotiated agreements. But we don’t need to go further back than Woodrow Wilson. The majority of politicians have been self serving for a long time.
The thing different today is the internet, Mark Twain commented on people believing as they were told in the newspapers, the only thing that has changed is truth is more readily available for those that want to search it out.
As for a police state? Its martial law thats becoming the concern.
You have a few great points there bb. But at least in the past people actually believed in the democratic process. Does anyone believe it now though? Most here would agree there is just one party with two names in the US and both are busy filling their pockets, accepting million dollar favours at high levels and colluding with less powerful elected members in wrecking the last vestiges of justice, the law, due process, tax fairness and equitable income distribution (eg the middle class is being destroyed). Nobody even objects that bills are presented and sometimes passed without being read by representatives. How fu**ing stupid is that anyway!!!!!…..One day Al might get one of those Congressmen on the show to explain why they voted without even knowing what the damn thing said.

Bird, I look at it another way. Your saying at one time people believed in a democratic process, true, but I see it as now people are better informed and not so many are gullible enough to believe a democratic process exists.
There was no democratic process with the creation of the fed, being taken to ww 1 and ww2, as a matter of act, was there any democratic process for any war since the war of independence?
I would argue there has never been a democratic process, just the attempted illusion of one. Like dying for the idea of liberty, worthy and great idea, but never even came close to existing at any point in time ever. Not in N America after the Europeans arrived anyway.
The new nation was not intended to be a democracy, its supposed to be a republic, things change I guess but there never has been and is not now any democracy other than some phoney ideal to have people support the spreading of war.
Its my belief that the media is the cause of people not being well informed. People in the past have depended on the media to let them know when something isn’t right and they don’t take the time to do research for themselves. They will when it to late of course.

Agree with your feelings towards those who would vote blindly. I think the real problem is that ‘leadership’ decides primarily how the herd should vote. It’s all laid out for you if you’re part of that herd. Few, and damn few aren’t. W. Jones may actually maintain a presence outside of the regular system.

We need more guys like him and a lot less automatons stupidly clicking votes along party lines. Where the hell is the leadership anyway? Why even bother voting in a candidate if all they do is comply with the agenda of one or two people? CFS, I know what you mean. I suppose we can speak of O and such people being evil given the vast control they hold over the masses. Hitler, Stalin, Mugabe, Obama, Blair, etc, each to a lesser or greater extent they’re the same. But strip such men of their power, and invariably they become pathetic and inadequate as human being – ’tis the way with all pyschopaths. Right now I’m embroiled over fighting for justice for a guy who’s been given a 26 year prison sentence, when I know him to be innocent. Faceless bureaucrats become just as ‘evil’ when they shrug their shoulders, and say there’s nothing more they can do, because each and every one of us is accountable to God and our neighbour.
Al is not a Gerald Celente or a Paul Craig Roberts or Greg Hunter. For out of all due respect to Al he just doesn’t think along the same lines, or with the same degree of fury. But if the masses fail to see things for what they are then this is as much our problem as it might be Al’s .

HH I hold you in very high regard, you know that. However may I just offer this point: As I know my need for God becomes dearer than life itself, so I believe that like Jonah and the pending destruction of Ninevah, the more our great and majestic God of mercy can work miracles…miracles that can transform and work out along different lines to those we deem to be inevitable.
Above I mentioned this guy (John) doing 26 years where everything and everyone (excluding his wife and a few close friends) believe him to be guilty. I have been led to do what I can for John….by getting under the skin of vile indifferent bureaucrats, etc.
Humanly speaking it looks as though John’s fate is assured. But I believe otherwise, and that’s a tall and very lonely responsibility. Your powerful prayers for John’s deliverance would, I feel add wonderful momentum to his cause. So in different ways we’re being called to awaken folks up from their sloth, indifference and ridicule, and my cry continues to be: Lord have mercy!
Go on being who you are but maybe there IS hope in this valley of destruction.

PS Tragically I feel that life in the U.S. must get seriously, seriously bad, simply because the Bush/Clinton/Obama criminal clans have led the nation un-opposed for far too long. Our world and society faces monumental problems/issues that are now
desperately coming due to pay the penalties for living beyond our means,
poor moral values etc, and now almost eliminating God from our lives.
Like I have said I am regretful for some of my postings and do apologize
but to represent the truth its very difficult to do it in a very kind tone. Briefly
speaking and you are much smarter than me so there is no need to elaborate
any further. You are quite aware of all matters affecting us emotionally etc.etc.
I really commend you and will definitely pray for you and John that this tragic
incident in his life that our Great Lord God Jesus will miraculously intervene
to bring a positive outcome in his life regarding this matter.
My heart goes out to you Reverend Andrew and John. May God lay a special
hand on this situation. I will pray everyday and keep it in prayer.
Another good idea is prayer chains at a highly respectable church. Call them
in to a local church and pray with pastors on call or people there that serve.
After praying it gets forwarded to prayer warriors who will pray again. Found
that to be highly effective.
Also, thank you the kind words that came from your heart I did not deserve.

Reverend Andrew, finding people that are committed to praying
for John everyday is a fantastic idea. John really needs the help
because this is so tragic and serious. So with that being said I
will continue to keep John up in prayer everyday.
I could continue in some more advise but really its very difficult
because I’m not walking in John’s shoes. That makes a huge
difference and the fact that its so very serious.
Anyway, God Bless and may John and you be strengthened both
spiritually, emotionally and physically to rise above these tragic

I agree that America will most likely have some type of revolution at some point. The problem is, at what point of pain does the average American have to experience to actually care?
America is much like the fallen Roman Empire. The same symptom of society created the collapse of the Romans. Americans ( just like the Romans ) have a JOB or Bread ( just over broke ) and have the Circuses ( Sports, reality shows, Hollywood , the list goes on… ) Americans are brainwashed into being apathetic and complacent.

And that’s the American condition!
To unravel the condition takes an understanding or education of what has created the debt slave surfs. A de-brainwashing.
What caused Americans to loose sovereignty is this.
A) the act of 1871. It circumvented the constitution and created the corporation. The American people don’t have a constitution.
B) the federal reserve act in conjunction with FDRs new deal. It basically took the US off the gold standard and started the complete control of the fiat currency system. Control the currency, control the people.
C) introduced the US BAR association and BAR accredited judges and attorneys. The BAR ( British Admiralty Rule ) slowly implemented admiralty law in the form of statutes. Which made judges and attorneys work for and on behalf of the banks and corporations. It circumvented common law for We the People.
The solution is.
1. Repeal the act of 1871
2. Bring back asset based currency. ( underway now )
3. Bring back common law courts and states rights.
It’s fitting that June 15th is the 800 year anniversary of the Magna Carta.
It’s also fitting that a new world court will be open for business starting on the 15th. Maybe the new world court will bring justice to those that trample on the rights of their citizens. In case no one has noticed, many countries are forming new republics. It’s high time America goes back to being a Republic and not controlled by an oligarchy.

Have you seen the line up of popular video games the kids are playing these days Chartster? I would argue that the youth are being programmed to wipe away whatever conscience God gave them and to teach them life has little or no value. It is very easy after that to persuade them to commit acts of violence in the name of the State since they are fully prepared to push whatever buttons are needed to earn points and favours. The future is pretty disturbing if I am correct they are being collectively turned into the equivalent of Hitlers youth.
I am not writing that as a joke either. These kids don’t feel anything, they are full of resentments and they don’t think for themselves.

What happens down the road when jobs are scarce, most income and benefits comes from the state and social disruptions arise? Ours is a society just waiting for the match to set ablaze the tinderbox of blame for our economic problems and so as usual it will seek victims.

Chartster, interesting you mention admiralty law! Very true, as this is completely different from common law whereby one submits to authority so to speak . Not sure if you are aware of capitis diminutio or not but some have figured out this game and how it has been used to put natural persons (flesh and blood human beings) on the same page as corporations as legal entities. Try to get yourself a date in a courtroom if ever charged (or even as a plaintif) whereby your name is ACTUALLY spelled as it should be and not fully capitalized
I.E.
Mr. Charty Chartster = all rights in tact
Mr. Charty CHARTSTER = some loss of rights and loss of family name – you’ll see this version on court dockets school forms, etc
Mr. CHARTY CHARTSTER = All rights lost, all corporate names including country / state incorps written this way. Check your I.d. you ll see you’ve been lead by the institutions to voluntarily represent artificial persons created for the purpose of law.
Intestine side note if you have any friends with a status card (1st nations ) their I. D. has to reflect natural person status as they aren’t incorporated by our corrupt govs. Only I. D. cards I’ve ever seen that present the name as we would commonly capitalize it

BB, There have been lots of short term buy and sell signals but the last Ski “True Bull Market” signal happened in August, 2005. I think that about 10% of these signals in the last 40 years have been false signals. So I’m saying “take it to the bank” if it happens now based on combining that signal with everything else that I look at. In other words, Jeff would probably never say take it to the bank. Sorry, should’ve made that clear immediately.
Also, one of the good things about Ski is that fake-outs happen quickly if they’re going to. So once you’ve really got a true bull that didn’t abort, you can trust it.

Obama’s treasonous attempt to strip Congress of all power and to vest all power in the Executive has been blocked today. This was a major accomplishment for retaining some semblance of a democratic/republican process. Obama’s attempt to have all power vested in the Executive would have allowed him to do whatever he wanted, selling favors to the highest bidder without any accountability whatsoever. We are living in the age where corruption is just so bad, they really do not give a shit what the people think any more. They consider us too stupid to realize that they are stealing everything.
This is not Obama by himself. This is the UNELECTED underbelly. The audacity to even submit such a proposal is legally treason. Congress has NO AUTHORITY under the Constitution to delegate its powers in such a manner. Our real crisis is they get to do whatever they want and then we have to PROVE after the fact what they did was unconstitutional. This is all ass-backwards. We need the Constitution to be restored as a NEGATIVE RESTRAINT upon government, not a free-for-all shifting the burden to the people to prove they have any rights at all.

TPP was not killed. Pelosi out-maneuvered Boehner. TPP itself was NOT voted on. TAA was voted down, but TPP can be taken up again in the future because it was not killed.

We needed higher interest rates a long time ago, now it is too late the system will break down if the government must pay higher rates to carry their debt. Not only the US government but consumers are up to their eyeballs in debt in all western nations. If The US raises rates Europe, Canada and Australia etc, etc, will do the same or The American dollar will move much higher and the market will crash. It’s just a matter of the market or the debt which one is more prone, I see the market first.
We will get some opinions on this during the upcoming week.
