There are at least 3 communities around Invicta that are important to the development of the mine and relations with two of them are not good, and one of those apparently refuse to even speak with anybody at all (due to their being screwed over by prior ownerships). Its a tough situation where no trust exists. What investors need to know, and what Lupaka needs to address, is what is their plan to deal with this? Will they sell it? Doubtful, since no buyers probably exist until this situation ha a path to solution. Lupaka should discuss this when speaking about Invicta instead of OMITTING information, which is essentially lying to shareholders, Face up to it-they did the deal for the cash, and they didnt care about Invicta. Tney know that. So instead of acting as if its a wonderful asset, fully permitted and 43-101 with a million plus ounces, they should disclose why its highly doubtful to ever be monetized in the near or distant future. If I am wrong, then let them tll you WHY I am wrong. I suspect they dont really care at this point, as their focus is on Crucero. Which is fine. But lets call a spade a spade. Invicta is worth ZERO unless there exists new material information regarding community relations.
Of course you are correct, dugafish.
What I heard Eric say is that they just purchased this company and would be dealing with this situation during the next six months.

you’re not going to speak about why Invictus cant be financed. you’re not going to speak about community relations about this deposit? Please. You lose all credibility when you omit important information. I am not speaking about Crucero. I am speaking about Invictus.
