I guess that I should thank you also.

PEM will survive.
James
Sorry, but we are not here for survival.we are invested to make money. The company spent 7 million last year on what ? When you find a gold deposit, you should be drilling to find its length ,width, depth and grade..what did Premium do ? They went to drill Other propeties and spent shareholders money looking for other possible deposits, when they already are sitting on one possible big one. And now being broke,we will be giving it away to possibly a partner, who is laughing all the way to the bank..please stop saying its the market, there are other companies like Newstrike that financed high and are drilling on the deposit to expand…they are not spending on drilling 20 km away looking for the holy grail ..
I agree with your take on Newstrike they do have their ducks in a row.
Right on Michael. Imprident use of financial resources. Del will have a nice buy out package and I will be royally screwed a fortune near 175k. Buyer beware: tributes and testimonials to har down doesn’t mean for a second that management is looking after you because they are not. I am sure no one at PEM will lose a wink of sleep over my huge loss should they sell us out short. And that, friends, is,the true measure of one’s character:putting others before you in a crisis.
Make that “to hard work”.
ONe final word: MONTANA?
According to what I know, and I certainly could be wrong, Del has everything of his invested in this company. I believe that his average cost per share is $0.30.
Remember, that I personally am also in a big loss position at this point.
Big Al
Iam stiken with DEL I bought 80,000 more shares today. This could be a GQC moment. But the difference is I know what Friday infill holes will look like and they in the past have been mind bending.
James
Be interesting to see how this turns out, James F
Big Al
I don’t disagree with you Michael.
I personally, as folks are aware, am invested in a number of companies that are doing quite well at this time.
I personally am looking for PEM to recoup the $0.25 to $0.30 level. That would be a bit of a win for me personally. At this point in time I think this is possible. Higher than that? I really don’t know.
Big Al
Of course it will Mr. Flannigan. In one form or another.

What happened to SOHO Resources
Morning Allen,
So far I am sitting on a MAJOR loss as I purchased the stock at about $0.10.
Not worth selling at this point for me because I only invest $10K. It is in my retirement plan. At the appropriate time I will take the loss assuming that the company doesn’t turn things around.
Big “looser in this case” Al
Lynn, this is the risk when buying junior shares. Nothing is gauranteed. But if you think there will be a JV or buyout, it may be a good time to buy some now. Even if the long standing shareholders are sold short, there may be an opportunity right now to regain some of the lost funds. JMO
If you were looking for a PM company to invest your hard earned money at this time just before a possible explosion in the metal market would Premium be one of your top selections? If the answer is “NO” then why would Lynn risk more good money trying to average down. People invested in Premium at higher prices when they were promised by the company that things such as a Montana decision would be forthcoming in the near future and that shares in the company would translate into shares in a spin-off company. Guess you can’t really trust any IR personnel when it comes to facts when they are only trying to sell a company to a possible future investor.
That is one of the reasons, Dan, that I will be taking down a small part of the debenture as I announced yesterday.
I am pretty convinced that I am not throwing good money after bad but time will certainly tell.
Big Al
It is a speculative investment. pat
Of course it is, Pat, of course it is!
Big Al
The company died with Wilf, Del is clueless sorry thats the truth
I’m starting to think all us long time shareholders who bought in around .40-.50 are all gona get farked, Al…
HI Max,
I purchased my original shares at a much higher price. I then did some of the private placement at $0.15 and am now doing the debenture for a small amount.
My total investment is $23K. We’ll see if that was a good move or a silly move.

I too have been a big supporter of PEM. But the cold hard facts are PEM shareholders have no profit and nearly every one of us have a loss at this time. There are two factors at work here first is the market up until the past week or so has been very depressed for JRs with no money. The second factor that is weighing on PEM is credibility due to the failing of the first 43-101 and the revision down. Many including my self were told by the company that it would have little effect.Again that was not the case. Then the company did a district wide exploration top shelf Whiskey program on a 711 cheap beer budget. That was clearly the wrong thing to do when Friday was showing such great results. To follow up the company found its self in a BCSC induced black out. So pretty much Murphys Law (what can go wrong will go wrong)would be a good way to describe the current situation PEM shareholders find them selves in.There can be no doubt that the share price of PEM suggests a total flame out.IF PEM can not find a JV partner due to the fact of the problems I have laid out then the flame out at some point is likely.
So there is risk in buying PEM at any price with its future is the balance. That pretty much covers the stock investment risk in PEM.
The geologic risk is is much less as PEM holds around 800,000 oz au of inventory and the 20 historic mines point to a Carlin Trend on the OSZ.
So buying PEM at 5 cents could become on of the greatest rewards in the market the likes we have seen with GQC.Or a total loss of capital.
Welcome to the JR speculation Casino your table is ready Sir
James
Morning James,
I the first martini (shaken not stirred) on you?
Big Al
Outstanding Al. We are doing a small amount in the debenture for the same reasons. We could care less about the terms. . . . As for Del, I also know him well enough, although at arms length, to corroborate your opinion. The loyalty and dedication of his staff is unparrelled. We are all in this venture together. I am supremely confident in Del and the company. No one cares more about the company than Del does. He has my respect! Too few share holders know him, and his staff, as I do. I wish they did. As for PEM, it has the gold. One way or the other Del will ensure PEM’s future, one step at a time as we get through this gold sector market correction in the not too distant future. Suitors have shown interest. I hope Del ensures we don’t get sold or JV’d some day for a mere song and a dance. Thanks for this “Daily Insight” personal opinion Al.
