Evening Not a fan,
Unless there is something that I don’t know about Del and his wife Ellie, I would have to say that I do not believe that he is bilking the shareholders. I am really convinced at this moment in time that he is a decent person.
Please keep in mind that I too am loosing money on this deal.

Al, just to let you know I hold three times your amount of shares in Premium. So I am very concerned about the company and have supported them through thick and thin. My question to you about Premium having their hands tied by the BCSC one has to question why a company that knows adjustment are pending to the NI43-101 would complete a report in March for release in April when a new NI43-101 requirement document by the BCSC was released on June 30th, 2011 of the same year? Was the original QP made aware of the requirement changes or even the fact that new or adjusted requirements were pending? A report that was compliant in the first place would have eliminated ‘ALL’ the problems that Premium currently faces, yes the BCSC probably let things slip in the past and should have done a more diligent job in their review of documents but to blame them for all the problems is definitely a shift of blame that is not warranted. I have discussed many things with the BCSC through e-mails and there seems to be quite a few differences of opinion between company and BCSC……
Thanks for your help in bringing updates to the retail sector because that is all we can rely on at this time…..
Evening Joey,
I think that we are all in the same boat together.
Big Al
Well …i am now a small shareholder of pem as of this morning, $3000,not a lot of money these days.ihave listened to many of del steiners updates in the past, and have always thought of him as sincere. So i guess time will tell…
I am very curious as to why people have purchased Premium Exploration shares. Was it more successful in the past and pay a good dividend on sold assets to bigger companies? Do its current assets have great value, and they could be mined fairly quickly, and thus be sold to a bigger company and provide a good dividend for shareholders? Any input would be welcome, because the share price seems to generally fall, and it looks terminal. If it has a valuable asset, why are its shares so inexpensive and falling, is it a company in danger of bankruptcy?
James, regarding the PEM buy.I honestly forgot i had a buy in.The order was actually filled on the last day of expiry.Would have probably dropped my ask or let the order expire if i had been paying attention. But, i do like DEl,Idaho,MIdas to the south,no debt, and hopefully a significant gap upwhen a valid 43-101 is filed. All the best.
cheers. Thanks for the insight Greg.
James. Great questions .My husband trades my accounts, and is away until friday, but will ask his reasonings if still interested
thanks Ann, I would look out for that later in the week. Cheers.
I was going to pull the trigger on 20000 shares this week but still watching. Jesse Livermore stated never try to catch a falling knief and the trend is your friend. Both tend to be negative currently for this company. But I’m not selling the few shares I currently own. I will contiune to watch
I stated on this forum that I was unhappy with “Del-boy” who reminds me of “only fools and horses” Del; well-meaning, but of questionable competency. He cvlearly does not run a lean-and-mean-machine, which is how exploration companies should be run. I am only a shareholder because the land position is good. However, many a company with a great land-holding has been run into the ground.
Hey Al, just wondering if you have talked lately with Rick Ackerman about Premium and his opinion on the manipulation of the SP…. seems that a supporter of the company will sit on the sidelines till things calm down but with the MM in control he may miss the train…..
All the best and thanks again for the interview with Del…
One of the things that intrigued me when I purchased shares of Premium was the potential interest from Midas in a takeover bid. Is that still a potential on the table? Is Del allowed to discuss his position of accepting an offer from a Mid-tier explorer?
$0.045 today a new low. The TSXV has a regulation of no financings below $0.05 with out special approval. PEM burns money so quick the $1MM in the bank barely covers lunch for the brokers and management fees.
The $555,000 spent on IR in 2011 was a terrible decision. The $450,000 in management salaries should be enough for mgt to buy some shares, but the only transaction in the past 12 months was a sale at $0.40.
Mining companies run by lawyers tend not to do well except for the lawyers…this is something I have learned over the years.
