Clifton was one of the biggest investment disasters I have run into. The potential is huge but colossally mismanaged by Harry 2 years ago. Also, having your stock trading halted because of paperwork errors was a major blunder. Such potential and it completely collapsed as other stocks were rising.
One issue with Clifton, and the management knows it, is that they need to access enough money to build a mill-and they will need it fast.
They do have some room to float more stock, and they are not on the ropes as the flawed deal with OSISKO provided some kill fee money.
Eventually this can work, but I see stock issuance and more share dilution before the new management, God help them, raise the Titanic on this one. Can you tell, I’m pissed about this “investment?”
