Riverside Resources (TSX.V:RRI – OTCQB:RVSDF) recently completed the spin out of the Peñoles Project into Capitan Mining. I received a few emails from shareholders asking for some more information on the spin-out and exploration plans moving forward, so I reached out to John-Mark Staude, Riverside Resources President and CEO.

John-Mark joins me to outline the work planned at Peñoles now that Capitan Mining just close over C$3.8million. We also chat about the three partner funded projects in Mexico and a news project staked in Ontario.
