Awale Resources (TSX.V:ARIC) released news last week announcing the start of a 5,000meter drill program to follow up on the Empire discovery on the Odienné Gold Project, Côte d’Ivoir. This discovery was made late last year with two drill holes, one grading 4.9g/t Au over 18.15 meters.

I am joined by Glen Parsons, President and CEO of Awale to recap the initial drill program that made the discovery and the details of the current program. One thing to note is the development of 3 additional targets that will tested as well.
