Kai Hoffman, President at Oreninc shares his data on the financing activity in the resource space. It should come as no surprise that there is very little money being raised which echoes the slow overall market. We also look at the inclusion of warrants in many private placements which further shows investors need to be enticed into investing their money right now.

I tend to be a buy and hold investor, not a trader.
I HATE companies that tend to finance with a full warrant. It is too dilutive usually, and I will tend to sell my shares in any company which is too generous with warrants.
Far too often have I seen Canadian brokers manipulate share prices using warrants.
