Encouraging Signs From GDXJ and Silver
The Junior Miner Junky David Erfle is seeing some positive signs for the precious metals sector. When we see silver and GDXJ leading the sector it is a sign that money is starting to enter the sector after tax loss selling again brought down almost everything. We also chat about the uranium space and why David is taking a position in a stock.

France Passes Law To Ban All Oil And Gas Production By 2040
Associated Press – 1 hour ago
PARIS (AP) — France’s parliament has approved a law banning all exploration and production of oil and natural gas by 2040 within the country and its overseas territories.
Under that law that passed a final vote on Tuesday, existing drilling permits will not be renewed and no new exploration licenses will be granted.
The French government claims the ban is a world first. However, it is largely symbolic since oil and gas produced in France accounts for just 1 percent of domestic consumption. The rest is imported.
Environment Minister Nicolas Hulot says the law shows “current generations can take care of future generations.”
The ban is part of a larger plan to wean the French economy from fossil fuels and to fulfill France’s commitments under the Paris climate agreement to curb global warming.
CFS Comment:France actually has a lot of oil and gas that is under northeast France and into the North Sea that could be obtained by fracking.
It is a pity that no one is permitted to debate the fallacy of global warming. Utter stupidity.
One change in the GOP tax bill that makes sense.
The current $1,000-per-child tax credit doubles to $2,000, with up to $1,400 available in IRS refunds for families who owe little or no taxes. Parents must provide children’s Social Security numbers to receive the child credit, a measure intended to deny the credit to people who are in the U.S. illegally.
This is not April 1.
We are there. It’s been almost two years since SILJ looked this good relative to GDX.

Good interview today with David E. – I agree that it is a good sign to see the Silver stocks and GDXJ leading the pack again. We haven’t seen that since Jan/Feb of this year.
It’s an even better sign that SILJ is beating them all.

Took profits this week on 70% of my UEC. Will hang on to the 30% remaining like David suggests, for a couple years. Added to my Impact Silver but haven’t decided on where to put the balance. I’m looking at CLASF but wondering if there are better candidates to consider. KTNNF seems oversold but that by itself proves nothing……..Thoughts?
I don’t follow either one but I could buy CLASF just based on the charts. It looks good to me and I would probably take it over any zinc play at this time.
Thanks or your thoughts.
I thought this was a good speech. I just hope Mr Trump meant what he said:
